Just got my own pole today. Going to follow this video a million times for conditioning. I just did it twice in a row, killer work out❤
This was so great Shelly! This really motivated me to jump back in. I'm looking forward to rebuilding my strength again with this gentle long form pole conditioning. :)
I feel like I’m jumping when trying to do the knee tucks. Not able to control or pick up my body weight
So I want you to really tuck it into your armpit, wear something like a sports bra or tank top to really have skin contact. SQUEEZE with your whole armpit and upper body and then think about bringing the leg up. It will feel different. Try it and come back and tell us.
The flex and drop is so hard. You make it look so effortless ❤
Thank you!! 💜
@@FIT2FLAUNT you’re welcome. Thank you for the pole conditioning video!
I love how you’re teaching us how to smile through it 😁
Same.
I like the way you explain the position and alignment. I just got a pole and i will follow you for instructions on how to use it. Thank you
I had a c section too!! Finally got my pole and finally starting with this. Love you Shelly !!
I just LOOOOOVE the way you explain everything so thoroughly❤ Thank you🎉
Great video, so happy I found it!
Ty so much I love this video
The way I LOVE this workout
Excellent video!!❤❤❤❤
Thank you! 😃 We made a few more just like these and put them in the Fit2Flaunt app! What are you pole conditioning towards?
Thank you so, this is wonderful! ✨🌳
Yassss! Thx! I haven’t been able to do this yet!
You can do it! Conditioning is HARD, just 1-2 reps is a major accomplishment!
Gonna be doing these at least two times a week. My climb can be so much better and I’m not inverting yet and I really want to
Wooo! You better check back in with us and let us see that beautiful climb. In a few months, you'll be inverting!

New subscriber here. Who installed your pole?❤
In the kitchen? 😂 Literally 🔥
Amazing video ❤
it's better to have your arm low for the first exercise, but then i cannot extend it, or up and then it's easier but doable? Thank you so much for these exercices i lost the courage to do pole again but i believe in this conditioning😍
What’s the best exercises or conditioning if I want to achieve spider climbs, I can only do one side and then fail on the other
I just gave birth 5 months ago and I can’t invert even after 7 classes and training home. I realise my core muscles are loooong gone and it’s frustrating 🥲🥺
