Just got my own pole today. Going to follow this video a million times for conditioning. I just did it twice in a row, killer work out❤

This was so great Shelly! This really motivated me to jump back in. I'm looking forward to rebuilding my strength again with this gentle long form pole conditioning. :)

I feel like I’m jumping when trying to do the knee tucks. Not able to control or pick up my body weight

So I want you to really tuck it into your armpit, wear something like a sports bra or tank top to really have skin contact. SQUEEZE with your whole armpit and upper body and then think about bringing the leg up. It will feel different. Try it and come back and tell us.

You can do it! Conditioning is HARD, just 1-2 reps is a major accomplishment!

it's better to have your arm low for the first exercise, but then i cannot extend it, or up and then it's easier but doable? Thank you so much for these exercices i lost the courage to do pole again but i believe in this conditioning😍

What’s the best exercises or conditioning if I want to achieve spider climbs, I can only do one side and then fail on the other

I just gave birth 5 months ago and I can’t invert even after 7 classes and training home. I realise my core muscles are loooong gone and it’s frustrating 🥲🥺
