Someone told me to practice that and they were calling them “tucks” but she had me lay on the floor and pull my bottom half up while holding a column. That was really difficult & I still couldn’t invert. But this way seems more practical!

I definitely don't have the core strength to get the hips up and swing back. I really hope this technique works for me to get there and invert naturally. I'm struggling so much. .. it's so hard... I don't want to give up the pole.😢
