For anybody thinking of trying this, the tank alone will cost you at least $5,000 USD. Combined with what appears to either be a custom made manual valve or solenoid valve, and all other parts, this probably cost somewhere around at least $10k USD. Still pretty damn cool!

Sorry to disagree, but the average acceleration in going from 0 kph to 100 kph does in fact result in an acceleration of 5.15g, acceleration. Moving 60 feet in 0.852 second, although, results in an average acceleration of 2.58g. If I am incorrect, I would appreciate being shown how so. As well, astronauts experience a maximum liftoff acceleration of 3g. It is truly amazing that Gissy was able to withstand, and function under, such forces as he did. It wouldnt be better, cause air is really light, not much energy... Imagine you would be in a river and the water would be 20 mph fast, no chance to stay there. Now imagine wind with 20 mph, no big deal. Allthough the tank is filled with water and air, cause you can´t even compress water at all.
