Took me a minute to realize the pattern. At first thought it had to do with including an odd number vs. not, but the first part and the question of 1600 vs 1700 include ones at the beginning. After a moment, it hit me. 225 is a perfect square. I thought about it with 169 and 900, and surely enough, the #'s Frankie likes are all perfect squares, so it must be 1600 (40 squared)
I thought it had to do with the actual look of the numbers 💀 the numbers they liked had open lines and it seemed like the ones they didn't had closed lines (8, 4, etc) so I thought 1700 💀

If you just look at the individual 4 sided polygons themselves then there are 9 total 4-sided figures, if you can combine them to make bigger squares, then there are 23 total 4-sided figures.

One of my favorite examples of corvids problem solving is that Japanese ravens love chestnuts but can’t open them with their beaks so they have adapted to put the nuts in crosswalks they actually have learned traffic light patterns and use them to get the cars to run over the nuts

I love ravens and crows so much. We have a bunch in my hometown and when it gets warm out they pick up hard to crack nuts like walnuts or acorns and then drop them in the road for cars to drive over and crush the shell for them. Then they get the opened nut back from the road and eat it. They're so smart, it's almost a little scary.

Worms don't actually drown: they just aren't restricted from coming to the surface during a cool, wet rainstorm. Plus, its generally safe from birds during rain, and their two main predators are birds and digging rodents sooo...

@@applemunchstudios5380 given that it would completely defeat the purpose of it, I wouldn't. It would imply that something went over my head, or that I missed a joke. I did not. I merely noted that we indeed do have cars that can move along off the ground, so the "people in 1983" were not entirely wrong, despite us focusing on some weird stuff. I do that a lot. Talk about jokes literally. Especially to discuss something interesting like flying cars.

fun theorie: The goose did use trail and error. in the end of the game we can see the goose's stash of bells, meaning he had prior to our playthrough completed the same task (getting the bell by going through the city) over and over again and can now do so pretty consitantly. :) think about that one!!

Justin Bayless the joke was that the goose is so aggressive towards the people in the game who didn’t do anything wrong. I was just trying to point out that It did not need to be as serious as you made it. They weren’t trying to say that in reality hunting and pollution aren’t issues or anything they were just making a joke.
With the riddle I just thought he didn't like number eight... 168 has an eight in it, 800 has an eight, 224 adds up to eight, and 1700 adds up to eight...

I have a dark theory the lists that the goose has and how he knows all this is from his past owner/human companion who hated his neighbors and trained the goose to terrorize them and his reward at the end was getting the bell. Now his owner passed away so the goose searches for a bell to remind him of his owner,

What if not just the owner but the as well as the goose have been treated poorly by the neighbors, so the owner taught the goose how to torment and the goose obediently followed his tasks and commands because of the same hatred they both have for the neighbors.
Im also guessing that the owner was a bird lover and also outcasted by the people and the goose was violently thrown into the river with the owner witnessing that happen,giving them a reason to torment the people.
