We are looking at: Is Redbull faster than Mclaren? Ferrari faster than Merc Alpine faster than Haas. Great video, very analytical! The SAR problem section really sparked some good ideas for double B lineups I could run after Austria. For this weekend, I have FER MER 2xSAI LEC MAG HUL SAR, a 114.5M budget and 2 free transfers (I thought it would be worth sacrificing an extra transfer for Austria to get a double B lineup, that didn't work 😅) I think I will run FER MER 2xNOR SAI HUL ZHO SAR for Austria, but I'm tempted to deploy the wildcard to get to RBR MER 2xNOR MAG GAS TSU ZHO, although that wouldn't set me up quite as well for the future.

Love the analysis. Personally I'm not sure on the 4 C tier. If you are more concerned about budget building then yes, if it rains, it's a good option. However, if it doesn't rain Austria isn't usually a high dnf track (ignoring COVID season when there were reliability issues for half the grid). If Austria has a low DNF rate then the price system will be similar to Spain and then you are looking at a similar situation where unless you get lucky you're seeing the majority of your C tiers not increasing in price. In addition, using your example of Magnussen and Lewis on 6-8 points in the sprint. Surely that just means they are on net 0 going into the race and therefore Lewis's higher ceiling of a potential podium/outside chance of driver of the day and fastest lap makes him as a better idea?? Just playing devil's advocate.
Agree with your points! Net 0 on points between Mag and Ham BUT the funds could allow you a RBR constructor for example where you will earn way more points!

No Negative is amazing in sprints. If it rains I would use it if you aren't planning on using other chips!

Probably MER + FER, One premium driver for DRS boost such as RUS, HAM, SAI or PIA and then whichever C-tiers you can afford!
I think you lose that third transfer next week even if you don’t use it

Not really no. Maybe when MER and FER both hit 25M
