Yeah I would consider this but for me if after sprint qualifying Norris and Hamilton aren't both in the top 3 then i wouldn't do it as there is no rush to use it as extra drs in Brazil is also always a very good option
Another great weekend for me but left points on the table yet again with transfers. Went Norris in for lewis instead of leclerc and Merc in for McLaren instead of Ferrari. 2 weeks in a row I've had a green arrow but could have been so much more. Plans are to go leclerc to best 2nd premium from practice and then Ferrari to Mercedes
@@zachf1417 new plan 🤣 if Perez is anyway ok I'm going Ferrari to RedBull. Austria was a 3 stopper last year. 6 pit stops will surely give red bull the max pit stop points. Then I'll keep Norris as X2 and drop leclerc to the best non premium from sprint quali
I shouldn’t have used my third transfer to get SAI in for LEC… Do you think it is worth taking a -10 to get HAM in for SAI (I could run your first team build option like that)?
Yeah its becuase last year we could afford to use at this part of the year Verstappen, Perez, Alonso, Stroll, Zhou with Red Bull Aston Martin when Aston Martin would be looking really good so we would only have one/two cheap drivers in our teams and this year weve all got 3/4 cheap drivers!
My dilemma Zach : I have NOR LEC FER MER + BOT HUL and sar. I’ll probably switch LEC to HAM, but I just don’t have the money to upgrade Bottas or Logie. So I guess I’ll ride it out for Austria, but maybe I should go to a Lando + some guys like MAG GAS etc for Silverstone? What do you reckon?
So I think if you get like a really big movement in your team value after Austria (very much possible at a sprint race weekend!) then you could even see yourself moving up at least Logan to Zhou/Albon come silverstone. However if this doesnt happen dropping back down to a single premium driver lineup isnt a bad shout for budget increases but the annoying thing is like always is it could drop your points a little bit so boils down to the usual question of budget over points!
No Verstappen teams? I think the good old RBR FER VER teams might make a comeback this weekend. I'll need to take a -10 for that, so it'll probably be a FER MER NOR SAI lineup instead, but I've got VER and RBR bubbling away in the back of my mind.

Dang! Well done! I was top 1XX and then Canada happened and I’ve since dropped to 1,XXX. But haven’t used any chips yet either.

i have the same issue, would love to see what zach suggest, though i'm planning to use the 3x this week

Bearish on FER, MER have been beating them for 3 of the past 4 races
@@d9zirable Fair enough, but I think FER has had problems in the last couple of races, so if they can fix those, they will be quicker on raw pace.
What premium drivers + constructor is better:
NOR HAM + FER MER
NOR PIA + FER MER
LEC PIA + MCL MER
???
Right now for me it would be NOR HAM + FER MER but keep an eye out on sprint quali and see how the grid looks to lineup!
