this is one of my favorite bands, and also my favorite song. TFK has quite a lot of good songs that fly to the heart: "Phenomenon", "Welcome to the masquerade", "The Part That Hurts The Most". pls check more
Oh boy, i have some killer suggestions if you want to give the band another shot. My own enemy E for extinction The end is where we begin The Part that hurts the most The safest place
TFK started off basically a rap group. Always rock but the 1st album almost all rap vocals. Evolved over time. Check out Smackdown for an arena anthem and Born this Way for something you may find hard to label.
I'm not the biggest TFK fan, but I enjoy listening to their songs once in a while. Try listening to A Different Kind of Dynamite for a song with a good rock feeling. Great review!
This is bow he sounds live, he is super tallented. And a lot of the stuff you scratch your head on are having to do with the nature of the over all band. I'm a Christian that grew up on their music and they are amazing, might not be everyone's cup of tea but their talent is still remarkable.

Really appreciate your feedback and opinion. A song with a catchy galloping caltrip is It Is Time by HB Even if you don't review it keep doing s the reviews of other rock songs
TFK is extremely popular in the Christian Rock world since 2000.. Funny thing is I just picked up one of their greatest hits compilations ,and this song is on there .
The hand claps are really meh on this track. However, best track I think is "Puppet" played live. What a hook, Other faves include "Ordinary". "E For Extinction", "Bring Me to Life", among many others. . . link to "Puppet" from _Live At the Masquerade_ : ruclips.net/video/OXVcc_ziXj0/видео.html
Please check out Maximum The Hormone. They have been wildly popular in Japan and have greatly influenced many musicians including Band Maid. Marty Friedman lists them as one of his favorites. I would recommend Yoshu Fokushu for your first reaction. Don't try to figure out a genre to place them in because they will only fool you.
please react to other songs by this same band has other better ones like: E for extinction. my own enemy. Lifeline. Down. Fly on the wall. The ends is where begin. Be somebody (live) but (let the spaks fly) is better
I don't see those in the que, so they would have to be fresh requests. You can suggest songs on here, and if your suggestion happens to already be in the que, I am more than happy to add your name to the requesters of that song. However in order to make fresh brand new requests, you have to be a Bronze Tier member on the Patreon page. It's only $5 per month and you can make fresh requests, along with watch all the videos I've done that RUclips blocked and participate in Patreon community events and enjoy exclusive content for Patreon members only.
I don't know why this is the song people keep getting introduced to TFK with. It is not top tier to me. Harder hitting stuff is Courtesy Call, Welcome to the Masquerade, Step to Me, Puppet. More melodic and better still are Untraveled Road, Phenomenon, The End is Where We Begin
TFK as a band has been around since 95 with the vocalist (Trevor McNevan, who also has a side project called FM Static) being the only original member remaining. As for War of Change it's understandable that you'd find the guitar work a bit generic, although a little surprising you didn't take issue with the clapping as some people have. I believe you're mistaken on the DC Talk thing. He helped write some songs for Toby Mac from that band though. He's been featured in numerous other bands songs, was in the band "FM Static", "Oddball", etc. He actually started Oddball and TFK with "Neil Sanderson", the Drummer of Three Days Grace. Super talented artist in more ways than one :)

I feel a little Linkin Park without the raspy voice, it's a good song. I'd have to listen to it a lot more before I decide if I really like it or not.
They've been compared to Linkin Park almost since the beginning.... I say almost because they pre-date Linkin Park by like a year.
I enjoyed watching you fight yourself and work your way through that one.
Welcome to the Masquerade and Rawkfist are solid ones for sure! Love you are at least checking them out! Keep up the great work 👍
