    My update,
Day 1 : after struggling for more than 1 hour(unable to do even 1 second) , I changed my position a bit (I was bending my elbows too much),then in next 2-3 tries, I hold it first time for 2 seconds
    Day2 : holds it for 4-5 seconds
Day3 : easily holds it for more than 10seconds (4-5 times) and maximum is 18 seconds
Day 4: more than 18 seconds (4-5 times) and maximum of 25 seconds twice
Day 5: tried three times: 32s,40s,49seconds
Day6: 1 minute achieved (now time to try advanced of it , like moving hips more up and frogstand with moving hips)
    THANK YOU.
Consistently is key of success .

Your tutorials are great for beginners. I had been into resistance / weight training for past 20 years, but now 100% into calisthenics and love the way this form of workout challenges me. I used to think that I was very strong wioth all those big muscles built through heavy weigh training. And then reality hit me when I started with Calisthenics!!!! And now, I am just loving the body transformation I am experiencing. I have my online coaches who are great, however, you guys are spot-on, when it comes to someone starting with Calisthenics from ground zero, without any knowledge of fitness or workouts, whatsoever. Love you guys !!!!

@@CalisthenicsFamily Appreciate your reply. I have now started to believe that Calisthenics can build my strength to perform the "unthinkable". Superhuman Strength is actually accessible to anybody who is ready to put in the dedication, hard-work and time. I have started following your tutorials on RUclips as well. These are great pieces of instructions. Very effective. Thank you so much for imparting your knowledge. You both should now start training in MMA, to give yourselves an extra edge :-) :-) Start with Kyokushin, Muay Thai and then Ju Jitsu for grappling and locking techniques. You guys already have a massive advantage :-D When you have the power, you should know how to effectively make use of it, if needs be. Not that you would start getting into brawls at the drop of a hat, but just knowing precision and technique of hand-to-hand combat makes you very very peace-loving :-)

Second day and i can already hold it up for 8 seconds.
Amazing tutorial i will keep improving and of course start activating my muscles. Man i did not know how much this activates muscles you cannot activate with normal excercises.
    My goals right now.
    Learning the frog stand.
Learnign how to do the excercises.
Going from Frog stand to hand stand.
Starting to do excercises while doing a hand stand.
You really got me hooked into this: Motivation is high and due to the vast amount of different skills and excercises you can do in calisthenics and the creativity it encourages. I guess i found something that can keep my attention. You can do workouts everytime and everywhere! It is also pretty impressive to see how people can learn absolute body control! And it is a great showoff if we are honest. But a legitimate one!
I will keep editing this so you will see my progress and if i am still hooked.
Day 4: I can hold the stand for 22 seconds now

Nice from 5 seconds this morning to 20 seconds just now. I've been trying to learn this for less than a week so far, I never thought I'd get it this fast. Now I just have to start making it more difficult. Next I want to get it into a handstand and eventually full planche, I'm guessing that's gonna be a few months off, I'm more concerned about core strength than balance for that one, but I will get it.

Actually I m new to it . I'm facing two issues.
1st is that I'm finding problem in finding balance .
2nd is my arms r hurting bcoz of getting pressed by the knees . I can find tenderness on the arms at the point where my knees tuck .
    What should I do ?

First day today and without any videos or anything i was only able to hold it for 1 sec, i continued doing it without a video for 5 mins but then i kept falling forwards on my head, after watching the video and attempting it again i was able to do 5 seconds with only 20 mins of practice , but as its my first day its not very consistent so i still keep falling on my head but this video was really useful and i will continue to practise this everyday. Thank you !
