Thank you Paul, I'm gonna try the one leg eccentric and strengthen the one leg crow as drills towards the handstand to crow. Those drills are pure fun.
Hello Paul, I just watched your video and I think your explanation is great, good explanation and a different way of approach, thanks, I can do something with this, greetings from the Netherlands😃
Hey brother does weight matter in calisthenic or strength because I am 88 kg I can handstand and some powermoves but can't do muscle up and planche how to improve tell me
I can do frog position but the transition from frog toh hand stand is little tough i exactly not able to push my leg to the sky when i try to push to the sky i actually pushing my hand to the ground i don, t know what is happening but hope i will able to learn
Hey Paul, I’m pretty good at the frog pose but I can’t even lift one knee off my elbow at all. It’s so frustrating. I’ll work on this quick head dip to get my torso more vertical. Thanks for the video!
I thought maybe using the wall to try change from crow and crow with one extended leg, by extend it to the wall, and then I won't need to hold it for long, what do you say
I’ve been working for the past month on just being able to do the crow or frog and doing some supplementary exercise exercises to strengthen my wrists. That seems to be my weak point. I’m 61 years old and play the violin so I have a little reticence about doing this, but I do think it’s something that I could manage to do overtime not going too quickly and putting too much immediate stress on my wrists. My question is, how can I work into the crow with that mobility that you show with your shoulders and hips?
This was my first cool move in my point of view... It felt impossible until I finally got the first one!
Yes I get some many requests for this one
As always Paul, best breakdown of the individual parts on RUclips. Keep the great content coming and excited to try this one day.
Coming very soon for you 🙃💪💪

Awesome! Great to hear
Your tips and tricks help me alot thanks 🙏
Great to hear!
Really good breakdown, but confirms that I don’t nearly have the shoulder strength I need to pull this off. Yet.
That's cool you can pull a handstand and talk effortlessly at the same time
That's raw strenght

Inner strength where do get it from!!😄
How long should you aim to hold a regular crow pose for before attempting to learn this?
I thought maybe using the wall to try change from crow and crow with one extended leg, by extend it to the wall, and then I won't need to hold it for long, what do you say
Cool
Should I train this even though my balance in handstands is not good?
Yes I would train both. Balance and strength
Would you think is should try to do the movement fast before i do it slow, or just go for slow version right away?
(I would like to learn hspu also)

For the wrist I find the rice bucket exercise builds wrist strength
Damn dude. Your shoulders are more stable than my finances XD
:) Lots of practice!
Very nice
