Heya Christian. Thx for the awesome idea that i can do to move my car battery. Big thumbs up. Gonna be funny as hell when the criminals here open my car hood and see no battery 🤣
Its not coming from there the drains are completely clear I had them clog up one time and completely flood my entire car so I regularly blow them out and the car is constantly in the garage so theyre good to go. If it was leaking up near the roof or pillars id say it was the sunroof but its coming from way up in the dash and it looks like its right where the hood latch cable is lol I could be wrong but I think thats it
Hi Christian awesome video but I question how long was the cable to run it from the trunk to the front of the car.(positive cable) 0 gauge. Keep it up 👍
Looks good, but i would drill a hole in the top side of your box, get a 90 degree fitting screwed into the box, add a piece of hose to the fitting, and run the hose threw a hole your drill threw the floor as a vent for the battery. You should def. do this. My relocation kit came this way, and its not good to breathe the battery fumes. static.summitracing.com/global/images/prod/xlarge/tay-48100_xl.jpg Pic is for reference.
2 years later and im back to this video to learn again :)
BMWs have rear mounted batteries in some models the leads are perfect for this. I use a battery box from a v5 Golf nice and neat and looks oem-ish

The water comes from the sunroof drains. They got clogged up. Common probs on mk3's
