Have you considered trying the bse / bsf intake manifold? It is basicly the same. The big differance is that it has a kind of valve flap thing to change of differant air flow for the best result in performance, one way of the cirquit inside the manifold benefits for power in low rpm and the other one is for high rpm. I tried googling to see if someone has tried this but no luck unfortunatly..
the hose you block off is for crankcase ventalation you probably wanna get a lil filter and cut the hose you deleted stick it back in the crankcase with the filter and great job I love any and all VW
Cristian, your crankcase needs to breathe! You plugged it up with that bolt on the bottom! Black forest industries sells a billet plug that goes in like stock and you can connect it to a breathable catch can! Also, put some grease on your drill bits to catch the metal filings when you drill. Nice job though!
Curious on how the throttle cable was routed ? Custom bracket or what? That’s my only issue with it so far, using a bungie cord too keep tension. Anyone have awnsers? Possibly adjustable?

That 3/8ths hole would have worked. If you know the thread pattern. You can wd40 that bad boy and tap it with your drill. Home depot has the tap for like 6 bucks. It connects to a impact.

JestersHacksaw I did not I just got brand new oem o-rings for them and haven’t had a single problem. Idk how you’d fit 2 anyways because the oem ones fill up the whole gap lol
Mk3smith!!! Awesome vid lol did u have an external isv on the aba manifold ? If so what did you do with the wiring . I done this manny swap and it didn’t work out so I swapped backed until I figured out the tidbits I might’ve missed . Great diy tho

Well they say to fit 2 o-rings instead of 1 ring and 1 plastic spacer, but I cant seem to fit the new cap on once 2 rings are on there lol

I have aba 2.0 with a 268 cam will the AEG intake add more power ?
