Back Double Bicep is a great pose as I think the Back is the hardest muscle group to get defined and wide. When it comes to Whey Protein my favorite is Cream of Rice Cereal with a Scoop of Protein powder, a tablespoon of Natural Nut Butter and a little cinnamon. Fantastic breakfast prior to working out.

Yeah, it’s the biggest way of getting more money for fitness influencers. Lying about natty status will lead to controversy and controversy = more views = more money in his pocket. At the end of the day he isn’t working a normal job, he is making his living off social media and his body. Realize he is lean year round because he can’t afford to disappear for 9 months to bulk. His income is related to how he looks so he needs to stay sharp.
