I think I am obsessed with all of your videos. I started watching them right after I had my twins (4 months ago) and I've completely transformed my mind and body through mindfulness and diet change. People have no idea how I look and feel so good with twin babies and a kindergartener.

Try cutting your strawberries by plucking off the leaves with your finger and only getting the white part and conserving all the red parts ... u can do this but circling the knife around the top like a cone ... you save like 25 percent of the strawberry by cutting it properly ...

Saber J Lyte - No, it is called «Flash freezing», they freeze the food very quickly, in a special freezer meant for that. They have such freezers e.g on factory trawlers that fishes huge amounts of fish, the fish is pulled up, gutted, filleted and flash frozen, so it is almost better than what is called «fresh fish»... Well, so I remember, from way before I went plant based... ☺️
Fresh is ALWAYS better. As fresh as possible. Store brought isn’t as fresh as perhaps going to a pick me farm or having it delivered from grower

Hi Mona, love the video that you posted here I didn’t know that almond needed to be soaked in order to have a better digestion because every time when I eat almonds raw I have a problem it just sits on the top of my stomach when I eat it it’s just doesn’t digest right and my stomachI don’t get a good digestion so I’m going to try soaking it now. Do I soak it in hot water or cold water?
I’ve been practicing food combining after stumbling across your videos and I’ve been doing great so far! My habits are gradually becoming healthier. Since I want to stay hydrated I just have to be sure that I’m drinking it on an empty stomach, which keeps me from eating irresponsibly. I just prepped the quinoa tabouli for lunch tomorrow. I haven’t tried it yet but I added a small amount of finely diced red onion and mixed in some minced fresh garlic and a splash of balsamic in with my lemon/olive oil dressing. Sooooo looking forward to it. 🤤😋 And yes, it did take forever to chop, especially the parsley. 😅

In the video you had put something into the thermos and I couldn’t quite get what it was or were could I get to buy it. It was in a jar and stated it was good to take in the mornings.

I recently purchased organifi green, red and protein which will be used for weight loss. The “fake hot coco” sounds fantastic. I totally agree about leaving out dairy. I’m much better since basically quitting dairy near 2 yrs ago. I’ve been using a tea with mushroom in it at night. Use low sodium veggie broth. That's what I do or just add an oil free salad dressing.
If you are a vegan, your body needs good fats like extra virgin olive cold pressed and avocados, for example.
