    Mona, I really love these kinds of videos of yours. It really helps me get started on the little things that can help me, my husband and my 8 yo son on healthy living.     Can you do more videos on general gut health. I find it so interesting learning about it. I prefer those videos to the what I eat in a day/skin routine etc. More educational the better

    Your videos are great , especially the content. The editing was very distracting. It kept cutting to you front view and side view. I would have preferred front view of you and then view of the products .
    Just giving you my opinion as I do love your channel and really appreciate all your education on nutrition as you are a professional.

    I carry 8/10 in my kitchen! Cacao, Spirulina, Almonds, and Cinnamon are absolute favourites.❤ Honey, lemon and cinnamon tea is a terrifuc remedy in the case of a cold or simply low blood sugar levels.

    I like to go to HomeGoods for my healthy superfoods. They have everything that you need to live a better life including natural and non toxic cleaners for your home, they even have non toxic laundry detergent. The brands they sell there are really top notch brands without the expensive price. I LOVE HomeGoods sooo much, they even have almonds, cashews, pistachios and peanuts. I make almond flour, almond butter and almond mylk because the nuts are sooo cheap there. You guys should check them out!

    Can you make a video solely on cacao and it’s affect on skin? Some say it’s an amazing antioxidant and on the other hand, others say that it should be avoided because it causes acne even if used in its rawest form without added oils or refined sugar. Thanks :)

    Again, you have the most informative videos ever! I belong to Thrive and Il love their products. I do get the raw Almonds but I think I need to soak them, since I bloat instantly after I eat ten almonds. I have half of the superfoods mentioned and will look into incorporating the others. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy your content on the products. Thank you!

      Hi!! Great question! Cocoa because of caffeine and I read mixed studies on spirilina some say great for pregnancy other say it may have mercury which is not good. Now I realize I may have gone a little overboard with the diet restrictions at first:) #newmom

    Great video, thanks for sharing the 10 must have. I have not heard of Camu before, its a must try for me. I've used most of the other products you showed. I use to use a meal replacement that had Ashwagandha root in it. Thinking I need to add it back into my diet as well. Thanks I find your videos very helpful.

    Thrive market doesn't have cacao powder; are they out of it or did they discontinue it? If so, can't they put a not in it's place to let customers know what to expect. What product do you recommend in it's place? I am 79 years, had a very bad accident almost a year ago, still healing, don't feel good about most of my doctors, hospitals and other nasty medical facilities. The things you suggest make so much sense, so thank you. Anything you could suggest to me in my situation would be so appreciated!

    Hey Dr.Mona. Love your videos! Was wondering have you tried Organifi? It has all the superfoods you named here in this video and then some. Was hoping you can share your opinion on it or compare the effect, cost and taste of all the separate superfoods to the Oraganifi. It is pricey so wanting to know which way is worth it. All in one? Or separate.

    Hi Mona love your. channel do you have any portion per meal video and I heard the iodine in salt is good for your metabolism, It even said if you eliminate table salt it can mess up your thyroid, is this true or false? Thank you..

    Hello dr Mona....I am your follower. I just need you to confirm to me that camu powder is helpful in liver cirrhosis coz my 78 yr old grandpa is suffering from liver cirrhosis and I was desperately looking for such a food supplement for him. Can you quote some medical book or website that a cirrhosis patient can consume camu and benefit from it. What would be the dosage and recipe to give easy ingestion to my granpa

    What are your thoughts on intermediate fasting ? I’m on week 3 ( not for weight loss , but to add some muscle ) and I feel like it’s already “cleansing my system” better . Even my skin may be going through a good detox.

    Hi. doctor Mona! One question. Do you know if a plant base diet can help with breast cysts? My mom has been struggling with that for a long time but her gynecologist just give her medication and some kind of cream to apply to her breast every years she visit. I’m vegan and I would like to know if she change her meat and dairy diet to a plant base will help her with this problem. She does eat a lot of meat and dairy and eggs. (Sadly) please help. since a lot of doctors don’t want to admit that a plastic base diet are actually good.

      Margarita Ramirez I would highly recommend bitter gourd. My mother is a cancer patient, and we feed her a lot of that particular vegetable in between her chemo cycles. It's an acquired taste, but very very beneficial. Cruciferous vegetables, leafy greens, tumeric, soursop (the fruit) and pomegranate are great for breast inflammation. Talking from experience 🙂.

      yeah it's totally all about the dairy, but the cacao powder is fully vegan so you should not have any doubts

      Add pepper to activate the turmeric in warm water. That’s what the health nuts around told me. Oh yeah if by chance you have like joint inflammation stay away from like bell peppers. There is actually a list of food to void. I would do a food journal cause everyone may react differently or not react at all.

    Hi Dr. Mona! In your opinion (for weightloss on a plant based diet) do you think you can consume to much fruit and not loose weight? I read raw vegan info and they pretty much eat tons of fruit, than plant based is combo. I'm trying to loose weight and want to go about it the right way of course lol. Thank you so much!       I did before a raw vegan diet and it actually works. But I tried to eat more veggies then fruit but it just depends on what was I craving that day I didn’t want to restrict my self it’s better if you enjoy and eat what you want (of course all rawvegan) 😊 good luck 🍀

    You mentioned thrive is a green company but it looks like all the products are in plastic...what info can you give on this? I'm trying to go more plastic free.

      They also sometimes further wrap some of their items in more plastic in the box. That and some other reasons are why I chose not to extend beyond my trial.

      That’s very hard in the US but possible. Sadly with shopping online things need to be packaged in plastic because it ships out but she means they try their best to be as green as possible with the shipping. The only way to get rid of plastic is to shop locally at like a Whole Foods where you can buy all the ingredients she spoke about loose instead. You can take your own jars and fill them up or use their paper bags (idk if their paper bags are from recycled paper, I must find out now lol).
      Another thing is we must speak up and let companies know we no longer want them to use plastic, this can possibly cause a change in the near future and maybe they will start using eco-friendly packaging. The problem is the big companies not Thrive.
