Only been for a walk once in Coggeshall and found it a really nice place to visit
Love this video! Glad your new birthday / Father’s Day toy is working well. Look forward to seeing the drone in action again soon 😄xx
Thanks Kir. It seems to be doing really well. Just about to put up another video where I look at the features in a little more detail. Love to you all. X
Love it!! Taking the videos to new heights!!!!
Next stop Hollywood. 😊
Thanks Geoff. I'm still getting the hang of using the thing. Did a 6 mile walk over fields yesterday and managed to test out a few more features. Hope you are well.
Brilliant. Loved the drone filming. Be careful it doesn't hit you on the head! 😂😂 love to you. Xxx
Thanks Janice. That was the first real flight of the drone. I am very pleased with it so far. Hope you had a great break. Love to you both. X
Now that's a real big boys toy Pete! Happy Birthday mate! I hope.you had a good one! 🎁🎂🎈What a cracking day for a run. 👌 I look forward to more drone footage in the future mate. 😎🤘
Thanks Ben. I know it is not a proper drone but it does most of what I want and I don't have to bother about actually flying the thing. Came close to losing it in the river on that first "dolly mode" trial flight. Hope all the family is well. Take care mate.
What a great vid Peter. Keep ‘em coming. I live in the Cotswolds now but grew up in Chelmsford. Ran the Essex Way in stages 3 years ago. Loved it. 😊
Thanks Terry. I always wanted to run the entire Essex Way (in stages) but never actually did it. I love the Essex Way area around North East Essex and have run it all, at one time or another, from Braintree area to Harwich. I don't run as far (or as fast!) as I used to but I still enjoy getting out there with the camera. Thanks for watching and the positive comments.
Nice one Peter, good to see you out on the trails & with a drone! Yet another lovely blue sky day I see ☀
Thanks Martin. Hope you are well. Not a real drone, but it quite cleverly does what I want. I had to get out there when the sky was blue, been too few of those days in Essex lately.
I like the new gadget. It's making me want one. I look forward to seeing what else you get up to with it. I think I'd be worried about it shooting off over a hedge or into a tree until I'd got used to it.
Its a great little gizmo Mark. The picture quality isn't bad in the right light although you can see the difference with the drone and the GoPro. I am pleased with it. It wasn't cheap and I am also very worried about losing the thing. I have taken it out on a longer trial and it seems pretty reliable. At the moment I am keeping mainly to wide open spaces, not too close to water.
That's pretty slick.
Now you can add more actual miles on your runs seeing you won't have to keep doubling back to get your camera!!
Ha ha. I hadn't thought about that Paul. It is just as well that I don't bother too much with distances run or time taken these days. I am so lucky just to be able to still get out there. Thanks for watching.
