Think this must have been around 1990, based on the line up & Frankies "look". Gerry Polci stopped performing with Valli in 1990 & Chuck Wilson (seen on this video on percussion) became the drummer in 1991. Also, Robin Swenson (keyboards/vocals) left in '90/'91 & was replaced by the wonderful, late, Tim Stone.
So... The band also has another member that does no singing, but works even more keyboards? When does this video take place? It's the Seasons of the 90s minus Tim Stone and their new drummer.
