    using 15kg dumbells
    5 explosive push ups
    8 explosive push press
    8 explosive dumbell pulls
    8 half kneeling double hand wood chops
    30 secs overhead hold march

    Do you use the heaviest weight you can or just a heavy weight? (Im skinny as hell dont think i could do the wood chops with 15k's)

      ​@Thoseboxingbros you never control the deccentric, you don't always use full ROM, you rarely use enough control, last exercise is bs, you can't tell everyone yo grab the same weight and do the same amount of reps obviously, using the same weight for each exercise is dumb, your push up form isn't great and there is a much better way to do a dumbbell row

      ⁠@@matvendouuuudeccentric? Your argument became invalid after the first line buddy. We’ve built a ‘simple’ routine with minimal equipment - we haven’t programmed a training cycle.
      Focus on yourself - you’re probably super strong and extremely powerful 🤝

      @@matvendouuuuwell if you watch with an open mind you’ll see there’s a satisfactory degree of control displayed.
      Alongside this, your theory then eradicates any usage of ballistic training measures in strength training - which would seem naive.
