      If only he took just a little dose of steroid (plus more wrestling and not just passive and defensive grappling that gives opponent boring points) he would be perfect and he could compete with khamzat and destroy him .
      As a natty he destroy khamzat and Usman but only in striking , this is MMA he LL get wrestled by all welterweight who saw his last fight . Khamzat is clearly on steroid (usaman as well and look at his brother that look like pro bodybuilder remind me of Jon Jones and his NFL brother, brothers share sale product) .
      Wonderboy need to become evil boy , he need that "white jacked boy deal with it" Brock Lesnar mentality.

      NGL, that's legit how I started working out, and I dropped 90lbs over the course of a year. Bald too. Not saying you'll one shot a Sea King or anything, but it's not a bad place to start.

    If you don't have training equipment, you can also do plyometric push-ups/explosive push-ups.

    Learn proper technique from your footwork up . Once you got basics then get on the bag and start sharpening up your synaptic responses ( tuning muscle triggers ) . What makes a big hitter is to fire your muscles in a certain way ( ie look at fight science at nerve timing firing muscles ) . Just honing synaptic timing can almost double your power in an amateur

    Technique wise , close your fist tight as tight can be aswell as your wrist . From the wrist up loosen the arms absolutely no tension whatsoever. Then just throw it out there with a whip like motion in every direction relaxed . It be like having cavity blocks attached to your wrists . Ko power.

    Doing Floor presses with a barbell works very well. Lower the bar count to 3 then explode as if your gonna push the barbell through the ceiling. Jr. Dos Santos does these among others..

      Depends on your weight (and, in part, from your power), but not very heavy. There should be a slight overload to the movement of punching, but still enough to throw the ball with power. I'm a heavyweight and my S and C coach mainly prescribes me medicine ball throws with a 3kg ball

    Core strength is so underrated when it comes to being athletic, powerful and strong. I'm not talking get a six pack (overrated). It's all the muscles surrounding your abdomen, mid, upper and lower back and around the pelvis.

      Also the diaphram can be visibly larger when trained with resistance such as bas ruttens 0.2 trainer. Look at bas ruttens body its shaped almost like a beer gut except thats solid muscle
