@Thoseboxingbros you never control the deccentric, you don't always use full ROM, you rarely use enough control, last exercise is bs, you can't tell everyone yo grab the same weight and do the same amount of reps obviously, using the same weight for each exercise is dumb, your push up form isn't great and there is a much better way to do a dumbbell row
