    i have a lyra tri band and i previously used it on a different network and now trying to setup again on asus router app but when i try to search for it, it cant find it

      I suggest you confirm whether using another device to capture the router's signal allows for normal connectivity. If other devices are working properly, then it may be a malfunction with your original device.

    hey can you help me i cant turn on my laptop i've plugged it in doesnt work ive Holden the power button for 30 sec and still doesnt work

      Hi, according to your problem, for hard reset you need to press and hold the Power button for 40 seconds.
      May I ask whether your power light is on or off?

    Hello I have a 2021 Rog strip g513qm and it appears in armory crate it does not show up the thing it xouks be would be you power saving but I’m not sure it is it. I know that the mux switch option was available but now disappears mayb you tell me how to enable it? I don’t know where it is now. I looked everywhere and it’s not anywhere, please help

      @@asus_support ohh I’m sorry lots of typos. When I launch armoury crate the mux switch does not show up. The only thing it could be would be the gpu power modes. I remember when I first got the laptop it had the mux switch option. It does not show up any more. Is it under any of the power mode for the gpu?

    Guys u have to check because something is going on with you new motherboard asus prime z790-p dd5 i buy it and it have some problem with the bios or something os faulty

      @@asus_support hello guys, my problem is when i turn the pc everything is lightnig everything is running fine but is not showing nothing on my monitor nothing on the display and about the bios i dont really know which one it is because i cannot run nothing, like i say my motherboard is brand new the asus prime z790-p DDr5 so i dont really know which bios it has.

    Sir i have purchased asus tuf a15 month ago but today im not able find my nvidia graphic card it show that graphic card is not detected can you help me ??

      Hi, according to your problem, it is suggest that you update your graphic driver or reinstall it. Or you can reset your system.
      Please confirm whether peoblem still exist after you did this.

    I'm using ASUS RT-53U AX1800. it's signal is not stable and very weak in 5 feet near distance of Router (2.4GHz) and that's disappointed and so so far distance beamforming not proper working. 2.4Ghz channel only 11 it's should be improve 14 . I updated latest version .and latest version is not good for signal .I hope next version should be improve these problems . note this problems .thanks

      Hi, according to your question, for channel issue, 2.4GHz ranges from 2.4 to 2.462Hz, and in between every 5MHz is a channel, so there are a total of 11 channels.

      And please place the wireless router at the center of area for the maximum wireless coverage for all network devices.

    I have 3 lyra trio and a lyra voice all died in 1 day. I can’t put them back to my Aimesh system after many attempts in vain😂
