  • To reset your router to the factory default settings, you can Press and Hold the Reset button on your router. However, in some cases, this may not successfully reset the router to the default status.

    Hi I have try to press the wps button and plug in the power, but the white light is still continue to light on and the router could not be ret, any suggestion? Thanks!

    olá, eu tenho um roteador AC da TPLINK que uso a uns 7 anos e funciona bem, porem eu queria fazer um upgrade em recursos e comprei o roteador da Asus RT-AC67P que possui algumas configurações adicionais, porta USB 3.0 etc.... Mas logo no início estou enfrentando um problema chato pois eu tenho uma internet Fibra 900Mbps, quando conecto meu roteador antigo ele acusa porta Gigabit automaticamente (no roteador e no modem) e consigo velocidades superiores a 800Mbps facilmente..... Mas quando eu conecto esse roteador, ele acusa 100Mpbs (veja print anexo) e a velocidade não passa de 50Mpbs (testei em 4 sites diferentes).... eu apenas conectei o roteador novo e fiz a configuração padrão que o roteador recomendou qdo conectou o App, a única config diferente que fiz foi mudar a faixa de IP para o mesmo do DVR e deixar o IP do DVR reservado, o restante não mexi nada além do padrão.

      Hi, sorry for not being familiar with your language, can't your router connect to other devices?
      Whether the spped will drop to 50Mbps?
      Have you try to reset your router to default setting?
      May I ask have you make any changes or update anything then the problem occur?
      Also, could you provide your firmware version? Thank you.

      ​@@asus_support my router's WAN port doesn't work at gigabit/1000Mbps. All my devices (including my old TpLink router) work at gigabit, but my Asus router only works at 100Mbps
      The router is new, sealed, I received it yesterday, but I'm going to try to reset it.
      About the update, when I received the router I already looked for an update and there was no new one.

      Hi, according to your question, have you make sure that the network cables that you just connected to the WAN Port and LAN Port have corresponding LED lights on?
      Whether you check your devices connect to the router via RJ45 Cable could access internet successfully or not?
      Have you go to QIS to set the device?
      Whether you can enter QIS?
      Could you provide TPlink router model and firmware version? Thank you.

    You guys (the CEO) needs a reality check. MAKE YOUR HARDWARE WORK! And make it simple to revive a piece of hardware that is malfunctioning. AND ... when you do make support videos like this, MAKE SURE TO HAVE 1 SOLUTION and 1 SOLUTION ONLY! The "you can also ... " is NOT very user friendly (different depending on what model it is). I don't care how you get to 1 solution, just do it ...
    I was using your WPS button in order to reset my Asus ZenWifi XD6S but that didn't work. I used the reset-button instead of the WPS and that solved the issue. My phone wouldn't connect to the mesh-system. I was furious! So ... recalibrate your stuff and how you fix it.

    Mine issues router went dead power after use within 1 years

      Completely disagree @Theely , the more methods the better. If only one method was provided and you could not reset the router, then what will you do?

      @@asus_support i got it working but now it is no longer working, it is showing a yellow led. Same spot as before where the led was white. What does this mean and why? What can I do to resolve this issue.
