  • To reset your router to the factory default settings, you can Press and Hold the Reset button on your router. However, in some cases, this may not successfully reset the router to the default status.

    Is the RJ45 patch cord that comes with the Asus RT-AX1800HP router a Cat 5e or Cat 6 version? There's no text indicating that. So let me know

    I live in Taiwan. Is language default of Asus router Chinese? Can the language be changed to English? Thanks

    Asus RT-AX55 wifi keep disconnecting and sometimes cannot connect back to wi-fi. I dont know how to fix. Please help

      This will affect the signal quality. It is not recommended for you to operate in this way.

      @@asus_support yes i know , im not using it currently. I wanna use the antennas for my wifi adapter. i will just switch the antennas :)

    After it my Asus AX6000 got flashing red light from wan and I can’t connect to the router

    RT-AC3200 modem just stopped working. Connect power source > turn on modem > all lights flashes then they trun off, but there is a "faded" light on the WPS.
    Tried hard reset: Disconnect power, hold down the reset button for 5 seconds, connect power source, same thing.
    Soft reset: hold down power button, same thing.
    Any help on this. Looks like a software issue, but unable to determine since its not giving any network, not even turning on (just the faded wps light)

      Hi, according to your question, may I ask did the power LED start flashing when you try to hard factory reset on your router?

      @@asus_support i have the same problem, asus router stopped working, tried to do restore as noted in support website but power led never flashing, just faded wps and lan light

      If the indicator light keeps flashing, it may indicate a malfunction.

      If you have another charger to test with, you can try swapping and testing it. However, if the lights on the router are flashing, it usually indicates a fault with the router itself.
