Just the fact that the 90D is comparable to the Mark 4 and even better in some ways, and is 3 Years newer and less than HALF the price of the Mark 4, makes the 90D a FAR better choice than the Mark 4! I find if strange that Canon is still selling the 5D Mark IV in 2022 for the same price that is was selling for when it came out in 2016! You can buy the FAR more advanced R6, that came out in 2021, for the same price!

My 90D has image stabilisation and focus peaking for manual lens.
I suggest you check your owners manual. I own a 90D, it has Focus Peaking, but it does NOT have built in image stabilization!

Focus accuracy is fucking horrendous on the 90D. Pixel ratio is too high and it screws up the focus, even with high-end lenses
