Confused. At the beginning you said “start the vehicle”. How am I going to start the vehicle if the vats deleted. Thank you for the video. I heard about the second part.
thats nice and all but what about if u cant get a vechile startd bc of vats? dont u still have to get ur ecm reflashd with no vats to get it startd? smh
I keep buying them lol I bought a 13 silverado to part out eariler this year ... I just got a 06 denali envoy rare lil suv im pulling the motor on it now 😅
After you cycle the key and get it fired up and vats is disabled, can you then plug back in the bcm so everything else works??? Thanks for the information.
This trick works. You put the original pcm back into the car your using to do this. You take the pcm you plugged into the car and use it for your swap. If on your swap car you clear the codes or if your battery dies or anything that would cause your pcm to reset would make the vats come back. It's ment to be temporary but it helped me buy some time til I could find someone to flash my vats
Dude you are the best 👌. You know how much time I have spent looking. Well again you are the best thank you so much for your wisdom. The Word

Well you would have to find a running vehicle with a similar setup to do this swap yours in and do the process
