I think this recipe is incorrect, you forgot to let multiple things stew for 400 hours. Jk, nice to see recipes that are actually realistic for regular use
it looks delicious but in asian cuisines using sugar in food is so unhealthy. and not just asian but any cuisine in general. raw sugar in a sauce is the equivalent of serving sour pickles with chocolate chips.
