I just bought the bespoke. My fix was simply knowing what buttons to push on the inside right door. If the 🔒 picture is showing it will prevent any changes to the settings like turning on the auto fill. (It was default set to off). I had to turn off the lock button by holding down the button below the lock, then I could turn on the auto fill. The auto fill option to turn on and off is not on the SmartThings app.

Thanks for the video! It was leaking all over and wondering where was coming from. It was the cap under that was loose a little. Problem solved! Thank you for saving my money! 😅

Thank you SO much for saving me an expensive service call fee and teaching me how to solve the problem on my own. Similar to another commenter, I popped out the plug underneath the water pitcher shelf and drained out the water. Problem solved. Can you make more videos to solve all my other appliance issues? LOL

Thanks for the video. I used it to learn what the problem and fixed the problem with an alternate solution. Without having to disassemble anything - I used a pipette to withdraw water in the back chamber where the sensor is through the small hole in the front. This worked easily and quickly.

Thank you very much. I spent hours going over the manual trying to fix the thing yesterday. I got troubleshooting from Samsung. Even a video conference. I was about to schedule an appointment when the magnet had popped out.

Thank you very much. I spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. I turned the system off and back on. Read every part of the manual concerning it. Turns out when my son dropped the picture the small magnet popped out. Thankfully I didn’t check it out when I saw my cat playing with it yesterday.
I was about to have a service call to try to fix it.

T have the same Ref as your showing...not filling also that pitcher...your solutions maybe all right but I try the solution that Lisa Tober show why is not doing autofill and if you see the setting at the side opening the fridge pitcher keep blinking so what she said look the underneath and see that cup for overflow water she said it maybe have water on it and if water comes out take it out and put back that cup then the blinking in the Fridge stop after that water comes back on your autofill...and it works on my Samsung Ref. same model as shown by you...

I had the same problem and came here, but taking the whole assembly apart seemed daunting. Then I noticed the instructions inside the fridge when you take the pitcher out. It says if the autofill light is flashing, put a cup under the shelf the pitcher sits on and remove the plug under that shelf and drain the water out. Took seconds, no screwdrivers required, and works again.

Sweet Lord, someone please see this comment! If you KNOW that it overflowed due to someone not placing it back accurately, DO NOT go through all these steps!!!!!! There's a little rubber cap on the bottom of the tray that the pitcher sits on. It's a drain spout. Just flip it open with a cup/bowl under to catch the water. Replug and move on with life. I have ZERO appliance repair experience and an hr later of going through all of these steps and putting them back again, THAT could've been my fix! Thanks for the video though! 😅

I have a 2023 model it stopped filling the pitcher. I did not realize it had a drain under the pitcher. WARNING- have a glass available to catch all the water that comes out. I got a 1/4 of a glass that drained. Thanks.

Code 76 - Step 1 should be to open the drain plug.
That being said, my current Code 76, I've drained it, and I've let it dry for 24 hours unplugged. May try some of the suggestions in this video.

I wonder if I can get help here. My customer has an issue with the water dispenser. When the lever depressed no water is coming, but I can hear it tries to and stops after a second or so. The funny part is that the water pitcher fills with water with no issues. This is a new model refrigerator and I can't find any videos or even a good parts diagram in a high resolution.
The question is: how is it possible that the pitcher works, but the water dispenser on the outside of left door doesn't? Aren't both of them connected to one water line under the top hinge cover? Also, why are there two water lines coming into a pitcher assembly and two inlet water solenoids there? Is it possible that one of them feeds the water dispenser tube? I don't think it's a lever's micro switch issue or a water filter housing assembly or inlet valves there since the pitcher is working normally. Please advise. Thank you.

The other mis-use-case is customer inserts the pitcher correctly put does not fully seat it in, reed switch triggers and over flow occurs. So just empty by disconnecting bottom plug, and then properly reseat pitcher.

Everything except what most need to know. How do you turn the feature on?

  • @nunya2400
    @nunya2400 Год назад +1

you talk about making sure its turned on in the very beginning but never show how to do that. Mines does not seem to want to turn on so not sure if just holding the button for three seconds is the correct way. cant find anything in the manual on this nor in the last 5 videos. doesn't seem out of level, but will try and lean it slightly the opposite direction next.

First, push and hold the unlock button at the bottom of the control panel. When you hear the chimes, release the button. Next, at the top of the control panel is the word “refrigerator”. Just to the left of the word is an auto fill symbol. Push on the area just below refrigerator and hold for 3 seconds. The auto refill light will come on. Push the lock button and close the door. You’re good to go!
