Part of a program called "Gospel Music Celebration"..This was a half hour program featuring Southern Gospel Music Produced in the Mid-1980's by Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. Singers Don Norman and Mack Evans Introduce the videos, in this segment by the Talleys, Cathedrals and the LBN Singers. This was aired in reruns about 1990-1991 by the former ACTS/VISN Channel..The "ETC" refers to a Local Ecumenical TV Foundation that "sponsored" ACTS/VISN carriage in Mahoning, Trumbull and Stark County, Ohio
