Right Before Your Eyes 1953 WEWS

Rare 20 minute Documentary about the early history of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio Television from 1947-The time of this broadcast. First televised October 24, 1953 at 7PM and in a repeat December 16, 1953 at 10:30PM on WEWS-TV 5 Cleveland. Unique about this program is that they show all on the air stations with local clips from Youngstown, Cleveland, Ashtabula and Akron. Also shown are plans for future UHF stations most of which never came to pass.
