I think this video made me realize that, though I'm capable of using harm as a coping mechanism for my own struggles, the choice ultimately rests with me on weather I act upon the struggles In a healthy way, or in an unhealthy way. I guess I just never realised I had that power untill watching this. I'm glad I can wake up and make the right choice to hurt neither myself, nor others.

It is the savior that see that there is a threat that will not be left undone if you rest, he is the demon that stalks behind someone to slides a knife in their throat to stop them from screaming, he is the angel that sees that there are many ways to overcome emotions and fear that makes people see that the threat, is being being hunted. This is not a place of deep thoughts, it is a territory that is the threat, make them feel like they are being followed, but don’t be seen.
