It was too complicated for me to understand fully but that is why. Plus if you are at a ramen shop it makes 😋 the chef fill good 👍

Also this one made me cry a little as I lost my brother last July 4th so been a year and my brother loved Sriracha, his last bottle I finished cleaned it out and now sits above the kitchen cabinets. Really enjoy this episode and do believe if my brother was alive still he would’ve wanted to try them as well. yeah it's ridiculous that they can say something that comes in a container like that is two servings as if anybody is going to split it. If you eat the whole bowl it is 88% of your daily sodium!!!

I am a instant soup lover as it is easy for me to come home and make it quick for lunch. I bought a pound of dried soup veggies and a pound of dried mushrooms. I throw a handful of each plus cut up jurky in a small sauce pan of filtered water and once boiling add to my insta soup of the day. Costco has some good ones. If you have the time fresh veggies are a real treat.

Peanut butter with your noodles works because peanuts are commonly used in Asian cooking. Because (i believe)in his country of origin ,people want to be upwind because people go to the toilet outside and the smell gets carried downwind so that’s why you don’t want to be downwind fermenting peppers

I might try these but I'm not for spicy soup. I used to love regular Sriracha hot sauce but I found one that tastes even better and it's not as spicy. It's Sriracha CHA by Texas Pete Hot chile sauce. It is so good and I put it on just about everything. 😋

I always just crush the noodles then add spices and water and heat and eat with a spoon. A favorite of mine is to add an egg and a hand full of cooked shrimp...Cheers...

I have been using a diffent cooking method for years and love it - Add the flavor packet (and dehydrated vegs packet if included), a raw egg, and any leftover chicken/shrimp/etc. Pour boiling water over it and recover. 4 or 5 minites later, stir & enjoy.

I'm sure that's true. I tried Trader Joe's version of Siracha sauce, and did _not_ like it at all; and I'm usually a big TJ fan. Nothing like the original. I get the big bottles from Smart & Final, and use it almost every day.

I remember him saying he wasn't worried about it copyrighted because the copies are never as good as his. Personal experience confirms.
He left the company and they changed the recipe. The flavors been way worse since like 10 years ago. Look it up

Ive never seen asian instant ramen cooked in a mircowave. Usually add hot water and leave for a few minutes. Nice shout out on Uncle Roger
Most of the time it works either way, but sometimes there's styrofoam type single serving cups that you DON'T want to microwave.
Adding hot water renders much better results than nuking it.
Suckynewb bro i microwaved the styrofoam ones before i realized my break room had hot water. Its on the instructions to microwave so its safe
