I don’t think people recognize how much skill it takes to produce and host multiple very different shows on one channel. Ellis has to be a skilled interviewer for Shirt Shopping and a compelling travel presenter for Away Days - while also needing to be a good comedy writer for the high-concept Away Days episodes. Incredible talent

I wanted to echo this very statement. Too many interviewers try to take over and force the conversion down a particular path. Ellis has done here what the greatest interviewer, Michael Parkinson, did so well, ask a question and then stand back and listen. I'm gonna be honest, I never really watched the shirt shopping videos because I have no interest in shirts myself, but after this video, I certainly will. Great job Ellis lad, keep it up.

Martin Tyler for me is the greatest commentator of all time. I always enjoy his commentary, unlike many of today’s commentators, he doesn’t try to make it all about himself. He’s also a great raconteur and a true gentleman, who throughout this video praises others. I love the story about presenting Aguerro with his commentary notes, brilliant. And the way he added the additional O’s to Aguerooo. Martin’s a joy to listen to.

Possibly the best episode yet. What a gent Martin Tyler is thinking of others before himself. Great interview, Ellis.
