Again, something so simple, yet the combination of those veg and meat, done this way in a quesadilla I know tastes great. Thx for doing this and sharing. 👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks as always, Sheila. Keep on grillin!
Now that's something i will be adding to my Q, looks delicious
I've been making quesadillas for a week straight. So good. Cheers!
Simple and easy but still though really mouthwatering.
Thanks for sharing
Dee
Always appreciate you watching. Prost!
Great idea for left over grilling meats. Looks yummy 🤗
Oh yeah! Cheers brotha!
That look spot on mate!
Cheers Stuart!
Yum! That looks delicious.
Yes, ma'am!
Cut it in triangles, rectangles or circles it doesn't matter to me this a great recipe! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, sir. Appreciate the kind words. Cheers!
I have that same skillet. Dad found a rusty set at a thrift store for $5! 6", 8", 10". I restored them and use on all my grills. cant beat that
I love cast iron. Was thinking of investing in a really nice one. Just can't bring myself to do it since the cheap ones work so great. Cheers!
@@GallaghersGrub i have a family hand-me-down from the 40s. I will never let that go
I'm thinking the other viewer meant the griddle instead of the microwave for heating the pork. I was thinking the same thing. That said great to see the "Q" back in action. Great video, I'm hoping you two can stay at the cabin for awhile longer. Fyi, I'm working on something that should be finished before Thanksgiving. Fingers crossed 🤞. Have a great day.
Lol. Victor is correct. I never use the microwave. We'll be closing up the cottage by November 1st. It's getting too cold. Cheers and good luck with your project!
@GallaghersGrub I have a request. Send out some video of the holidays in New York city. Add some of that this holiday season as some "B" roll. I'd love to see that.
Hey Brian! Another great video, again its a must try! I haven't been able to grill for a month now, because of rain (I have no roof on my grill area), and an unusual amount of powerfull storms and floods☹😭 But its looking better the next week or 2, so I will try this😁 Keep on grillin'😍
You know, it rained here for most of September and seemed like it was always on the weekends. Just a wet, rainy year. Trying to get as many videos in as I can before we shut the cottage down for the season.
Thanks for the video. It looks great. I typically use red bell pepper in a Q but I will try poblano.
Not much difference between a bell and a poblano really. Just seemed more authentic. Lol. Cheers!
Awesome colour on the tortilla! That looks amazing - I'll have to add this to my cookbook. What temps did you have the Q on for both stages of the veges?
I run the Q on high for most things. For the griddle though, just below medium heat.
@@GallaghersGrub awesome. Thanks!
Looks delicious! Any tips on cleaning and storing the Q griddle?
Weber says use hot soapy water to clean the griddle. It's porcelain coated so the soap won't hurt it. I usually just wash mine and put it back in the grill so one side is always a griddle plate, the other side grates. Cheers!
Thanks @GallaghersGrub saw your video where you used small rub of advacado oil on the griddle after cleaning. Do you use it on both sides or just the too (cook side). Tried some hash browns the other night they were fantastic!! Beer bottle press is best technique ever!
Well My grilling friend you make me hungry every time I watch you cooking. Makes me go Q crazy. I love cooking on this grill. An your recipes. Keep cool an as you say keep on grilling. Git Er Don
I love using the Q. I'll definitely keep a Q in my collection moving forward. Cheers Richard!
Looks good, I would of cooked the peppers and onions on the griddle instead of the cast iron pan to add flavor to the tortilla
I agree. It was a video decision. Didn’t want anything messing w the look of the quesadilla.
@@GallaghersGrub So you two still in the same place in the “City” with only the fire escape? Wonder if you taking the Q to the city for a grill or two over the next 6 months
Why not use the griddle?
Purely for the video. I didn't want to get it dirty for the quesadilla cook.
Would love to see a horse or pigeon quesadilla. Something different ya know?
I have a duck video in the hopper. Stay tuned.
