You should try corn tortillas!!! Talk about taking it to the next level!!!!! Totally changed my quesadilla game!!!!! Looks so good my mouth is watering 😂😂😂 I’ve got a couple of rib eyes on the stove right now with tons of butter (the stick kind!!! Gotta throw that imitation stuff away lol!!) on my late mothers cast iron skillet and they’re smelling so good! I can’t wait to try the pulled pork, I will make sure we leave enough for quesadillas! I live in North Carolina, outside of Asheville, so I don’t have access to that jelly. Will look for something similar. Thanks for the recipes! Can’t wait to try em!

I will definitely try some corn tortillas next time! The stick butter is always better but the imitation is better than none at all and that is all I had on had at the time lol. I do the reverse sear with our ribeyes by cooking in our pellet grill until 110 internal then through them on the cast iron skillet in butter. They are very good done this way. Although you might not have datil jelly you can always get some regular pepper jelly which is very good on this as well. Thanks for watching and giving some great feedback!
