I think that little bit of play front and back is because the adapter for the rails you have on there is for the glock rail system, hence the GL stamped there. It should have come with an adapter for the 1913 style that's on the FNX. I recently got a TLR2s for my FNX and that removed the wiggle back and forth for me.
I switched it up but appreciate it. Wish I still had the FNX to check it out. Never again will I sell a gun.
I have the Streamlight TLR 1 1,000 lumen light thst is transferable between my FN FNX .45, HK VP9 9mm, and the SCAR 17. I also have 3 LED projector lens flashlights on my bed stand and bedside. Those flashlights are 2,000 and 6,000 lumens. At night in deep dark situations, a 6,000 lumen will flash blind someone. It is also bright enough Nd using the projector lens to flood and scan the entire room. But if I can't get to my flashlights, I have a bright light on my pistol. I can scan under the bed, sweep thr closet and washroom and bathroom. It's powerful enough I can use it outside and illuminate the driveway. I can use it on the SCAR as it comes with 4 picatinny rails. So I can indemnify the threat. I like the TLR and I know it is an essential component.

I had an olight baldr with green laser on a CZ P09 and it did not make it through the first magazine of 124gr fmj 9mm before it stopped functioning completely.
So, I am getting an Olight mini bldr in the mail today to start doing some testing on. I will be posting a video in a couple weeks on it so definitely stay tuned. I run the shit out of my guns too lol.
I got a tru glo night sights for my glock 17 from Amazon in the are amazing , I also own the fnx 45 I noticed everyone who do reviews on this weapon never mention the night sights it comes with
Do you know if it’ll fit a swamp fox optic or red dot?
Absolutely, I have the vortex viper red dot on mine. I have also placed the Leupold Delta Point Pro and Holosun 508t on it. There is no reason why the swamp fox should not fit as I’ve seen some pictures online with it. Here’s a great picture of it with the swamp fox sentinel:
