    Please, people do a small patch test first somewhere on your body. I used baking soda on my pits years ago and it was the most painful experience. Rashes that had me crying. It’s not for everyone. I’d hate for you to go all in THEN find out it’s not for you!

      I did that, hurt like he'll. Now I do it dry. It will still stick to your body or use a very small amount of water

    I do sometimes and it is much better than deodorants as it lasts a lot longer. You wake up the next day with no smelly armpits

    I mix baking soda with a small amount of coconut oil till it’s a paste and use that. It works great plus it moisturizes your armpits! Ty doc! ❤

    Thank you. Arm & Hammer is for cleaning only. Better choice is natural sodium bicarbonate, less the aluminum. Bob’s Red Mills is a good brand.

      @@marsharowaihy6725 don't laugh at me... but I bought some salt n pepper shakers from dollar tree, filled them with the baking soda and put a few drops of your fave oil..my fave for that is baby powder 😊

    My armpit has been smelling bad all my life because I dint want to use chemical neither did the deodorant did good job whenever I have used them. I tried baking soda after watching this video and whoa the smell is gone COMPLETELY. No smell even after 48 hours.

      Do a detox for your armpit with bentonite clay that's why natural deodorant didn't work

    I've tried baking soda and I broke out in the worst, most painful rash ever. My dermatologist said for some of us it can dry out the skin and suck out our natural oils to this point. I tell ya, it was painful, itchy and miserable for over two months. I use cornstarch now.

    Get a lemon! Squeeze some out and just dab it under your pits. I don't recommend rubbing because the skin is sensitive. I never believed it would work for me until I tried it. I was shook!

    Baking soda definitely works but beware not to over use it as i got extra dry and irritated skin in that area after.. also the baking soda totally took the colour out of my clothing by the armpit area only obviously, had to give away those new clothes cuz of that 😢.. but overall oncce u take precautions its actually good in moderation.

    Thanks for the advice. Since almost 20 years I use deodorant without aluminum since I'm allergic to it. Crystal last a long time and works really great

    Be careful though. I used baking soda and water to wash under my arms and it burned like acid. I had reddish burn type marks for almost a week. My skin is usually not sensitive like that. 😢

      Use it in your bath and your skin will thank you too. I use it as a facial scrub and a tooth whitener as well. Wrinkle free at 53!

    Make sure you use aluminum free baking soda. Arm and hammer has aluminum in it.

      Good idea - I have a generator my father (an electrical engineer) made so I do use colloidal silver for a lot of things. Sometimes I just dab some lavender essential oil which kills bacteria too and smells nice.

      For the eyes, I buy it in The Vitamin Shoppe at a concentration of 10 ppm.
      For other uses, I make it myself with a colloidal silver generator at a concentration about 15 ppm.

      I mix baking soda, coconut oil and essential oils in a glass jar. Use about a nickel size dab and rub it thoroughly in the armpits and the surrounding area.

    It works but you only need very little or else it will dry out your skin and make you itchy. All you need is a tiny pinch and add a few drops of water. That’s it!
