    I work 12 hours a day sitting behind a desk in a control room and I'm always suffering from tingling and tightness in my calves and I'm 58 years old now after doing those simple stretch exercises at my desk there has been a dramatic improvement in my calve muscles and legs and Im now pain free. Thank you so much.

      Right....doing them right now..and oh my gosh..I just ate a quick small sandwich..then came to van and relaxing in back se..decided to lay on back seat. Grabbed my cell, swiping almost 10 to 12 video's and this caught my attention...😮 anyways..and I'm doing them and listening to his video...yayyyy

    I've got to tell you you are my hero.
    I'm 75 and there's nothing wrong with me yet.
    It's not unusual for someone to live into their 90's today and science is discovering new things that extend life, for example, resveratrol.
    If I can live another 20 years, maybe lifespan will be extended some more years with science.
    No, I'm not afraid of dying. I believe we go on as ourselves. It's just that life is so fascinating and there is so much to learn that I'd like more time at it.

    Wish id 'Met you' 74years ago. Iv just been diagnosed with Perocious Anaemia and need to have Vit B12 injections FOR LIFE !     Thanks, Dr. M. Good info. I’m 85 and this is so much simpler and easier than dragging out my rebounder….and who wants to bounce up and down after eating? I’m guessing I could do both at the appropriate times. Rebounder before meals, calf pumping after.😊

      I agree please get off that stuff it's not even legal in Europe but made me gain 12 lb in 6 weeks and I went on something like hydrochlorothiazide instead I had to go through six different medications before I found one that worked

      In Ayurveda days life span, I mean expectency was only 35 to 40 years in India...only modern medical science has raised it to 65 now...further Ayurveda had been always linked with caste practice and now also Ayurveda and Astrology type pseudo science are practiced by 99.9% brahmins only...🤣🤣🤣

      Yes Research AFTER eating is good to take a little walk to keep sugar in check or you can wait up to 90min after eating but if you wanted to walk after eating is FINE!! He has said this in one of his videos & you can google it!!!​@@wadadshiha9243

I have been doing calf raises and this sit down version shows we have no excuse to not give it a go. I am suffering with tingling and numbness as I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The struggle is the sugar addiction. In England we have Dr. Rangan Chatterjee. He did Doctor in the House. Loved how he changed the lives of these people and took them off multiple medication with lifestyle changes and healthy eating. It's so hard for many without the support.

    Oh my !!!! How simple and immensely beneficial!!!!
    Yes!!!! Indeed !!!
    After more than 15 hours fastening, and I eat , I do light exercise 25-30 mnts , like squads lounges wall push up marching sane spot, rising up arms straight up and lifting my toes standing closer to wall and riding my arms then lower them gently, you showed us that one!!l
    It’s very effective to lower blood sugar
    And like I said , drinking the water helps to wash out the glucose, blood become less sticky

    I always move my legs, because I don't want to end up with Pulmonary Embolism ( I had this before , end back up in Intensive Care
    for 2 weeks ), totally spend 2 months in the hospital . At the young age of 23 yrs old.
    That's why I always moving my legs and body. And, I do this even on a plane , entire time and if, I can stand and walk, I'll do that too.
    It doesn't matter how old a person is !!!
