    What a blessing you are Dr. Mandell. With people, especially elders, gelling less and less money, you are a hero as you help us for free. I have started having a numbness in my legs/feet and cramping at night but it became more evident last night, and what do you know, this video popped up on my computer. I wasn't looking for anything but this is how God works. He give us what we need, and He uses you to help us. Thank you.

      I have recently found you DR Mandel and save each video that's provided this one has got to be the one of most important to me.
      I am a 65 year old woman that deals with peripheral artery disease or PAD I was diagnosed with this when my little toe turned black and was amputee. I now seek the best ways to avoid any more lose of my limbs your advice is greatly appreciated ❤

    Perfect timing, I just went to get checked for blood clots in my left leg, almost no circulation in my left foot,foot was cold and white,numb left calf was like a bad muscle cramp. No clots, bad blood circulation. Going to try this before I go to a vascular clinic. Thank you.❤️

      Prayers to improve your health and get out of that bed. If you able to move your limbs in bed little bit everyday, leg lifts , bicycle in the air etc your muscles will get stronger more than just laying still. God bless you with the strength and cure you need ❤ 🙏 best wishes

I lost my husband may 3 23 then i was diagnoised withbreast cancer aug 2 .had a double mastcemocy Jan 2 of this year .Ihave H pilori ,fibromyalgia ,cardiac condition ,and fatty liver .     Dr Mandela thank you for your advise. I worked on my stairs. Keep your half foot on the stairs and try to press like walking. It removed my pain and made my feet strong

    Just getting over a head cold and didn't walk daily as I try to do, thanks so much. btw, for everyone drinking water, please don't drink tap water. We have a countertop distiller that is less than $100 anywhere, and supplies perfect clean water, have been using for five years. We tested our tap, store bought, and our home distilled. ONLY the home distilled was perfect. It's scary what is left behind after distilling process. All of our friends have bought home distillers after seeing. no muss no fuss no carrying gallons from supermarket.

    The information this guy gives out is phenomenal. I've already lowered my blood pressure by taking olive oil and chia seeds with honey, cayenne pepper and lemon juice daily. You all need to follow his advice to control ailments with food. Ditch the supplements and live clean. It doesn't have to be boring and it keeps you living and alive mentally. Many, many thanks Doc x ❤

    Thank you for your video I have arthritis in my spine and right knee. Hip replacement in 2005. One leg 1/2 in longer than other. Much stiffness now and cannot far without cane.

    Dr. Mandell I practice the 3 sets of Wing Chun every day (takes 15 mins) + 10 mins of Glut exercise + 25 mins of Tai Chi movements--> I made a promise no exercise no dinner. After dinner I relax by doing 45 mins of standing qigong with arms partially straight out while lowering shoulder and rotating hit to perform martial arts famous horse stance. This is tricky and should be done with a teacher to prevent injury. The horse stance like those Mongolian horse riders. Yes at age 72, it helps to feel young. My grandfather did Tai Chi all the way to 95 years old. Even at that age he could catch a house fly with his hand. My grandfather made me his student but my son doesn’t do what I do daily. I will be the lost art. Unless I open a martial arts studio a teach self defense

    Great, doctor great. I was going about limping from pain in the left ankle for more than a month. I did some of the your exercises while watching u. What a miracle! Could walk freely when i got up. A few minutes of this has done wonders. THANK U SO MUCH Dr. May God bless.

    Because my feet always bother me I am always moving them unconsciously. The toes are always moving. Drives my hubby crazy. It may be restless leg syndrome. Thankfully it doesn't cause me cramp in my calves. 😊

      So many people have been harmed by the shot or the bug; I'm sorry you are among them. Stationary bike, warm water swimming, gentle walking and gentle stretching are shown to be lower stress and beneficial. You might research NAC and taurine to see if it would be good for you. Also eliminating caffeine may help. His diet advice is solid.

    😅I have always had bad circulation. I have tingling, in my feet & legs & aches. . I have slight swelling as well. Been bad, for about a year. So i will be doing these. I do some excerises. Used to do, a lot more. Have been to a doctor. No good results. So thank you for these excercises.
