    I learned very important lessons from this summary which i am gonna implement from today itself
    🌸"If you're putting deliberate and continuous effort then progress is inevitable"
    🌸 Practice means staying in present moment and work with laser focus.
    🌸 Don't get attached to product. Be focused on the process and enjoy it
    🌸 If we want to learn the discpline and patience then we need both to learn both .
