Dude you are amazing, I appreciate this video and your knowledge my girlfriend and I both had really bad dandruff, my scalp was irritated and my hair was thinning in an odd pattern around the sides of my head and a bit on my hair line I started using this regiment and after two weeks my dandruff is gone and my scalp is no longer irritated, I’m hoping I can have some regrowth now. It’s not bad when it’s longer. But when it’s short you can see the thinning in some areas. And I noticed that’s the area where it was irritated the most. I’ve gone to dermatologist they said I don’t have MPB but there is scalp irritation ; so I’m hoping to make a full recovery :) thank you again

Hey man, what's the purpose of adding the lemon juice? Also do you know any good link for the shampoo? I'm trying to find some but shipping to the Netherlands is like 26 euro's!
What do you do if you shower on a day with no shampoo? Am I not supposed to be washing my hair everyday? I'm confused; I understand what to do on the days you use the Selsen Blue, I just don't understand what you mean on the other days when you say no shampoo.
If you have seborrheic dermatitis, you’re suffering from a fungal issue. Typically, you’ll have to rotate a variety of anti-fungal shampoos. You’ll likely experience increased sebum, and will need to shampoo everyday. Once you have it under control, you can maybe shampoo every second day. Sucks to shampoo every day and could dry out your hair a bit, but you have to tackle the issue first. Allowing sebum to clog your hair follicles isn’t a good idea
To add, dandruff is completely different than seborrheic dermatitis. Dandruff is typically dry, while sebderm is excess sebum secretion. If you have dandruff, you’re probably lacking moisture, it’s better to actually go longer without shampooing. I would however incorporate a zinc pyrithione shampoo for this, hair oils may add moisture as well. Wouldn’t suggest oils for sebderm though.
@@antoniohanson2212 i have seb derm and shampooing my hair once a week with ketoconazol (nizoral) is enough for me (3 times a week with weaker shampoo). if you have to use it every day, maybe you don't leave it on your scalp long enough (3-5mins).
I have scalp issue which seems to be seborrheic dermatisis and because of the problem I have hair shedding problem my natural hair is thick. I was given steroid (betnovate) and it cleared my scalp and no more hair shed but I couldn’t use it for long time because it’s steroid then I started using polytar shampoo it does the job with clearing scales/yellow patches off scalp but my scalp still itches red and I’m still shedding hair. I have tried several shampoos like keto, zinc, tar, selenium sulfide (H&S) but nothing helps as my scalp still itches red (inflamed) and hair still shedding.
