I followed the same diet as you for the exact same reasons but i have reached even better results by removing fruit almost completely (except for occasional berries which have less than 5% sugar), reducing dairy intake, and installing water filters on the shower
8:33 What is that? Do you need to desalinate your water? Reverse osmosis is basically just a very fine filter, which can filter off salt from sea water, so you can drink it. But why do you need it?
I found that only eating meat, animal fat and some dairy really fixed a lot of my problems. If I ever drink any alcohol, breads, fruits and lots of carbs -the flaking comes back. Plants in general cause other issues like bloating, gas and other GI problems for me.
For me it is fruits, vegetables, and processed foods that cause it. I only eat animal proteins, oats, and potatoes now. as a bonus my acne and gut issues went away. I can't even have the additives they put in most pills. I will be testing blueberries and King Arthur keto flour soon.
Congrats! Everybody is different and each one of us has bodies that work better or worse with different foods. I’m glad you have the intention to better yourself 🙏
Hello! Are you sure that the diet will help everyone with these or similar symptoms? Is there always a 100% connection between dandruff, SD and diet with a high content of carbohydrates and sugars? If there is a scientific basis? I definitely don’t want to say that it won’t work, no, if you follow these rules you will only become happier and healthier, but dandruff...🤔 I'm asking this question because I haven't eaten added sugars, bread, pasta and all the junk foods for several months now, but I admit that in general the diet is not as drastic as in your case, I'm just trying to stick to a healthy, natural, whole foods. This is not for weight loss be the way. But the situation with the scalp hasn’t changed much (not as bad as yours, but there are similar symptoms). Do you think it’s worth making the diet more strict or looking for the problem elsewhere? I think contacting a dermatologist would be the right decision in this case. Have you had any experience with doctors?
Yes, try eliminating more dairy and be stricter. A dermatologist will only give you medication as a bandaid, not dealing with the root of the issue. Also, it takes about 90 days to begin seeing results when you change your diet.
I don't think is the right way to shampoo yourself that way. Yeah, of course, you will strip some oils if you use bad shampoo, but, you will feel dirty if stop using shampoo almost a week. I suggest you to follow some dermatologist advice. Your last video in which you are using lemon was quite good and I agree with it. You have very good content, but this is not scientific proved.
Check out my Dandruff/SD playlist to stay up-to-date with my current scalp care routine

Love these videos bro please make more. I’m struggling with this currently and realizing I have had stomach pain ever since I got this issue.
thank you brother you really helped me with my self confidence
Definitely trying this tomorrow ❤
It is also a good prevention if you don't have dandruff just to have a good overall healthy scalp skin and body.
