I live in southeast Missouri at my school growing up. My favorite thing was chili with a peanut butter sandwich. You dip your peanut butter sandwich in the chili. I still do that to this day 43 years old.

I love this!! A while back I learned of the "New York Chopped Cheese." It's what you made but with cheese mixed in with the beef. I make my own variation I call the "Mexican Chopped Cheese." Ground beef, taco seasoning and then some kind of "mexican" cheese mixed in and melted. It tastes amazing and the cheese helps hold it all together like a sloppy joe!
