I didn't even realize they had case pack frozen hoagie rolls. I went and looked, only to discover, they have all kinds of case pack goods. Meats and bakery. I'll have to look and see if you've reviewed the hoagie rolls.

Thank you for this review. My sons bday is coming up and was looking for some quick microwavable finger foods for the kids. Was going back and forth between these two brands to purchase. I've had whitecastle ones. But they are a bit pricier... and these kids are 4 years old lmao so it's not Like they have super mature palates😂 but still...I don't care for gas station burgers AT ALL. I tasted it as soon as you said it 😅😂😂

If you are in a hurry, you can heat up a can of Margaret Holmes Tomatoes and Okra. It's not fancy, but it hits a perfect southern vibe. On nights when I didn't feel like making a big meal, I would heat up a can of it and add some instant rice. It was comfort food for me.

John, how did you cook the potatoes? You baked the potato and then you panfried them in bacon grease medium low? Do you have to put the potato in the fridge first?

Yum! Local and fresh is better than anything in the grocery store. We have several farms and meat lockers that sell to consumers around the outskirts of our town. A great resource for better food!

I'm just a tad biased perhaps, but I think we make a really unique product and we strive to give our consumers something they cannot get from other brands. Our pizza is par-baked as you noted. It is actually a trait that allows us to forgo preservatives, yet have a longer shelf life than our competitors who use preservatives since baking a product is nature's way to prevent spoilage. As such, we have been pioneers in clean label frozen pizzas. If you have a chance to try our Margherita with Sausage, it is my personal favorite, although as a specialty product it is most likely only found in distribution in Chicago. Here’s a quick tip. Before you cook the pot pie and it’s still frozen. Pull off the paper bowl. It’ll come right off. Then spray it with Pam cooking spray or what I do is put a small pat of butter in the bowl and rub the butter on the inside of the bowl. Put the pot pie back in and after you cook it it should come right out of the bowl.

My partner in a Cardiology practice located in Kearney, Nebraska told me a story about his adopted child from China named Jet or Jett, age 11 or so when he arrived. He knew a little English when he first came. To make him feel more at home , my Partner and his wife would frequently do take out from Panda Express for the family. You confirmed my opinion about frozen White Castle burgers. They taste remarkably like the restaurant. I grew up in the Bronx and my family fondly called WC burgers “ rat burgers” . Now I live in Omaha after attending Creighton . Can’t get WC unless I travel to KC.
