Not really, I went for coccyx issue, without really deep examination... Just make his job, even I didn't get satisfied with the RD at the end, I didn't feel anything at all, I don't blame the doctor, just things are not the same for everyone, like watching videos... Weird experience...
I had low back pain for 7 years..went to many massage centre..until i went to chiro..n i did ring dinger..the first ding felt significant improvement..after the third ding session..the pain gone completely ..im 31 yo..its not normal for someone my age to have severe low back pain..strongly recommend anyone with low back pain to get ding

I still believe chiropractor not healing the problems fully, u must practice, cuz problems sooner or later will return back, in my case, laziness and sitting too much on chair and working...

The first time you crack any joint a new way it hurts up until the crack, but then the pleasure outweighs the pain. I can imagine doing that for the entire spine at once would be a life-changing experience for most.
