Yeah, that was the first time I actually heard High Tide and I'm gonna be honest, the official MV doesn't hold a candle to that performance. She absolutely killed it on stage.
"High-level production" You have no idea what you've stumbled into. Even much of the Fan Animation for these characters is amazing, top-notch efforts. One of these, called *Myth's Bad Ending I Hololive fan-animation* is epic, and it was fully uploaded just last week. It is STUNNING.

Moona is a member of Hololive ID (Indonesia), and they are an interesting group. They are all multilingual, and most of them speak fluent English. And, a good number of them are very talented singers.
You absolutely nailed it with the K/DA inspiration, she actually has two different K/DA covers, one of "VILLAIN" and also one of "THE BADDEST" which she did with Mori Calliope (EN Gen 1), Pavolia Reine (ID Gen 2), Ayunda Risu (ID Gen 1, one of her genmates). I personally recommend you check out Ayunda Risu's "ALiCE&u" as it is an absolutely amazing song that showcases one of the best singers in Hololive, or continue with Moona (Ai no Chiisana Uta, her first og song, or covers).

Risu (Ree-soo) was described by Suisei as the Celine Dion of Hololive. She has insane range to the point she has two different voices. If you want a good Reine song try her trio with Suisei and Calli called Beat Eater.
Heads up. Hololive has 3 branches. The main being the Japan girls. The other two being the Indonesian and the English ones. Moona is part of ID, singing her original song in english under her japanese corporation. Let that sink in for a while. As for recommendations, well RUclips-kun snitched with the K/DA covers. Kaela from Holo ID did a cover of Phoenix recently as well. Now, since we are at the ID side, today: - Beat Eater from Reine - Calli - Suisei. - Kakumeiki Dualism cover from Reine and Risu. Song with two sides, each channel has one side. - Some1 mentioned Koyori from JP and her collab for a cover of Yoasobi with Suisei - AZKi - Subaru - Polka - Chloe. - Then at Sora's channel another cover song with AZKi - IRyS - Calli - Suisei. - Bae and Mumei from EN did a cover of Queen. On this note both of these have their own original songs with Bae's ones being more and a lot different to each other. - Treasure Box from Marine. Even though we all love her the horny pirate is at it again. - Startend cover from Suisei - Aqua - Towa(sama). Three entirely different voices here complimenting each other. - Obligatory Error and/or Palette from Towa(sama). - Berserker from IRyS. To any1 that has seen a couple of anime OPs this one would totally fit as one. . . . . . . Bonus mention: Villain Vibes from Amalee and Calli. Amalee is a person that used to cover songs of game and anime music, did one song for one of the promos for League, did some Voice Acting as well and now streams as a VTuber while making her own music. Personal favorite is her english cover of Fire Emblem Fates for Aqua and her song in the different routes. Around 7 mins of sheer enjoyment.
Little correction about Amalee: Voice acting is still her main source of income, the Vtuber stuff is more her side-thing. And she still does cover songs too, hell just recently she got to be the voice of Uta in the EN dub of One Piece: Film RED, and uploaded an English cover of one of the songs from that movie.
There is currently 71 Idols in Hololive not counting the ones that have graduated/retired from hololive. They are all great singers and would love to see more reactions to the girls in the future.
I wouldn't say they're all great singers (a few of them are very average at singing and openly acknowledge that), but they are all very talented in one way or another. Those who aren't as strong at singing make up for it with other talents. For example, Ninomae Ina'nis ("Ina") has a singing voice that I enjoy listening to, but it's clearly not on the level as some of these other singers. However, Ina's biggest talent is drawing. She's actually a professional artist outside of Hololive, under a different pseudonym, and she's drawn some official art for FGO, among other things. When she does a drawing stream in her Hololive channel, it's amazing to watch. Amelia Watson's singing was always about at the level of the average person (although she's practiced and has improved over time). But, her bigger talents are more on the technical and creative side of things. She's often the one setting up events behind the scenes for other members, and she's known for doing lots of experimental stuff on her own channel. Of course, streaming is the bread and butter for most of the Hololive members, and a lot of them are just plain entertaining to watch.

Dude, Moona is SO GOOD!!! I'm telling you, I challenge you to find a Hololive member that isn't incredibly talented. They're all incredible! Also, it's no surprise that you'd make that comparison with Moona and K/DA as she herself is a BIG K/DA fan as well and, the part you'll really like, she has done some K/DA covers including Villain and The Baddest (with Calli, Reine (Ray-nay), and Risu (Ree-su)) (as you saw there at the end). Definitely check those out too. Also, definitely check out Stellar Stellar from Suisei, that song is a fucking EXPERIENCE man! I know you'll love that one!
@@GOTGames Yeah, dude! There is ALWAYS new music coming out from Hololive almost weekly, it's awesome! It's just a never-ending stream of great music all the time, whether it be originals, covers, you name it. Also, as some have pointed out, it might blow your mind to know that Hololive also does live performances where their Vtuber avatars are given a 3D form and they sing and dance live on stage in front of an audience. If you look up "Hololive 3rd Fes Moona" you should be able to find some clips from Moona's live performance of High Tide (it was a paid concert so you won't find the full song up there). Hololive will be doing 4th Fes in March 2023 in case you're interested to check it out for yourself. Two 3-hour concerts across two days running alongside the Hololive Super Expo convention in Japan. 3rd Fes this past April had 53 songs performed across the two days, and this year could be even more. It's a super fun experience if you get the opportunity, plus it'd be a great chance to see ALL of the Hololive members at once and get a taste of each one's singing/dancing talent. Highly recommend it!
I've waited for you to check Moona out for a while now, and I was not disappointed! She and Kiara tend to get closer to the Kpop side. Funny enough, Moona is Indonesian and Kiara is Austrian, so it's fun to hear their accents leak into the lyrics, makes the song more endearing to me. Thanks for the great energy while watching Hololive singers be amazing! I don't see many people suggesting iRys, but her main job in Hololive is vocalist, and she has banger songs too. But I look forward to travelling down the rabbit hole with you. It's hard to pick a Vtuber who doesn't produce great song content! Since I don't see anyone else mention it, there are currently 73 active members of Hololive (if you count the male Vtubers) - 55 are female Vtubers, and all of them have songs, as their job is to be idols who will eventually perform 'on stage'. I wouldn't try to cover all of them, but the community is vast, so expect a lot of requests.

Moona has recently skyrocketed to one of my favourite Vtubers. I'm still waiting for when you get to IRyS' songs. Gravity and Here Comes Hope are my absolute recommendations for her.
Moona is part of the first gen of hololive Indonesia AKA HoloID. Earlier this year was HoloID gen 1s first performances at HoloFest, a yearly live 3D concert featuring all the talents who have 3D models. Moona Performed this, and along with her gen mates Risu and Iofi, they made everyone pay attention to the much underrated HoloID.
She appeared as a dark horse participant in last Holofest, and turned out to be the most impressing performer there, she astonished everyone with this song and her elegant move dance on the stage

Out of those I think only a handful would be regarded as so-so singers and all of them have released at least one original song. @@kenkaneki3873 A lot of people "don't get" Marine, because her entire personality is a very funny schtick. They look at her sexy physique and the comedy goes over their heads. Are you familiar with a character called "Lena the Hyena"? (Look her up...the character dates back to the 1940s) She's, apparently, the ugliest, most repulsive cartoon character of all time. To me, Houshou Marine is the flip side of that character. She's outwardly sexy, but still, she's repulsive. Anyway, that's how I look at her. She's always trying to lure you with her sexiness, but she comes on so heavily that she's terrifying. I find that sort of thing very funny, especially when she's collabing with another character.
A Hololive Japanese performer called "Houshou Marine" is very good. She has an amazing range. I especially recommend her channel OP song "Ahoy!" and the full song "Unison."

Gonna sneak in a subliminal message . Tokoyami Towa was one of the few who invited the Indonesia girls to her 3D Celebration Live after they got their 3D models . Moona and Risu performed together with Towa on that day .

I haven't seen anyone else recommend this one, but definitely check out Tokoyami Towa sometime. She is well known for her raw powerful vocals filled with emotion. I'd say her original song *Palette* and her cover song of *ERROR* are the songs she's best known for.
There's a REASON why this song reminds you of K/DA so much. Moona is a huge fan of them and has 2 covers of their songs on her channel - "Villain" and "The baddest" and they're both SICK as HELL! If you ever want to check them out. You should also check out Moona's first original song "Ai no Chiisana Uta" (A little love song), which is her love letter to her fans. Moona's vocal range is amazing. As a side note, Moona has also performed this song live during a 3D AR concert that Hololive held back in March, and she totally OWNED that stage like a true diva. He singing, and dancing choreo for the song were AMAZING!
Moona has it all, an incredible voice, a perfect body(she herself said her 3 sizes during a mineraft stream), a good sense of humor and is a minecraft genious. She's from the Indoneisa branch of Hololive, and both Moona and her gen mate, Risu, are, IMO, among the best singers of Hololive. Also, if you ever see a clip of any of them, they both have very different voices whenever they're talking and whenever they're singing, and that makes their songs have that much more of an impact.
I was pretty much blown away just like you after I heard this song the first time. I knew Moona from before and had followed her on/off, but I was not prepared to hear her singing. She has some mad talent as a singer, that's for sure.

However, the fandom have this joke that they like to make for talents like her. She is known as MOONA when she is being cute and adorable. But Hoshinova, is her singing side where she turns into a completely different person. An actual DIVA that perfectly embodies the name HOSHINOVA. Also want to add Nekomata Okayu to the list if you haven't already. She recently released a full album and her song あっかんべ with Deco*27 is fire!
Man I love this song. She nails it even live on stage with perfect choreography. She’s definitely one of the top tier talents in hololive. Another one that I really like and never see any reactions of is Takane Lui covering Rabu Ka or Overd. She has more of a jazzy swing style and it’s a good change from the more poppy songs.

HOUSHOU MARINE "im your treasure box" i love how out of the box (no pun intended) that song is and "unison" as well....SUISEI and hololive fantasy "saga jihen" (anime "zombieland saga" opening) cover that is so high quality that it outshines original xD AMANE KANATA "narrow way" she sings in male tone and female (pretty amazing voice control)...AKI ROSENTHAL "shallys" she sings in her own made up language (elf language) while dancing with 3d avatar (because she is a professional dancer)....to name a few
I cannot wait for you to hear Risu (ree-su) and Reine (Ray-nay) Both are incredible singers Risu's 'Alice&U' is an amazing Ballad type song that hits deep Reine's 'Ano Aozora no Sei da' and 'Love Me Love Me' are effectively a 2 part song that have two VERY different feels to them As for Marine, she does have some risque songs but 'Ahoy!!' and 'Set Sail!' are fairly tame as for 'Unison' it is very trance feeling but does show some. . . plot. and 'I'm Your Treasure Box' is VERY risque, as in the whole community was she was allowed to go that far. But in all seriousness, Marine is probably one of the most noteable in terms of MV Quality, she has spent a worrying amount of money on them, especially 'Set Sail'

Great to see you checking out another Hololive member. Moona is really into the whole Kpop feel for sure. They've got a lot of talent in the organization so there's plenty to see. Once again, gotta recommend Tsunomaki Watame's "My song" she's in the Hololive JP branch and it's amazing, fully animated and was even used as a TV opening for a while. Also since you asked music creators in Hololive it would really be easier to tell you who isn't since a big part of Hololive is music and performing, but here are some "music creation tiers" for members: Watame, Sora, AZKi, Calli, Suisei and Okayu are all people that have released albums in Hololive. They have also all had real-life venue solo concerts. IRyS, Towa, Marine, Aqua, Polka, Mel, Nene are all people that have done EPs or at least a number of different songs. IRyS is really good, Marine too for particular types of productions even if she isn't as strong with singing "technicals" she really puts on a show that's near the top of Hololive with some of the most popular songs. After that, well... most Hololive members have done at least 1 original song. People like Gura, Moona and Risu only have 1-2, but are obviously heavily requested by EN speaking audiences.

Moona's lore is kind of confusing, but what you see here are 2 people, the short haired girl is an ordinary college student named Moona, and the regal one with long hair is the Moon Goddess Hoshinova. Hoshinova was worshipped in ancient times by a cult of followers (you can see the paintings and tapestries depicting her as a goddess). However at some point, for some reason her followers turned on her, and sealed her. This part is a little fuzzy on details, but a ghost or amalgamation of the followers seems to be returning, and is represented by the giant red monster. In the beginning Hoshinova simply possesses Moona's body in an attempt to fight it, but after this fails, she is able to get Moona to accept her, and they bond as one being (Where they almost kiss in the video). This creates the person we now know, Moona Hoshinova, part college student, part moon goddess. And the final shot of the video is her applying to join Hololive (you can see the sign in the background). This song functions as an origin story for her, which is super awesome and creative. I love when Vtubers take advantage of their lore like this. (This is Copy Paste comment)

i'm not going to list all of them but i can tell you hololive has over 70 talents overall, while most of them also release great music. the family is very big and diverse and there's something for everyone. for now i just suggest you follow what everyone recommends you lol. If i had to recommend someone i would recommend "Everblue" (in video title spelled in japanese エヴァーブルー) by Omaru Polka, who's my favourite amongst all of the great talent and Everblue really encapsulates her great vocal ability. Other one of hers, though a cover song is "Empress".
Epic is really the first world that comes to mind when listening to High Tide. She is a crazy good singer and all her songs are a must hear for sure, including her Villain cover. She is probably one of the closest in style or feel to western music among the Hololive talent even though she is not an EN talent.

I've just recently started joining you down this rabbit hole so not sure if this has been mentioned but part of the reason you're noticing so much talent in HoloLive Vtubers is because they're rooted in Japanese idol culture, which in itself is an interesting deep dive if you want to get into it. But long story short, in HoloLive, they're managed like idol singers, so they really focused on getting multi-talented people to be their Vtubers. But, if you wa nt a list of every single HoloLive member, that's going to be a VERY long list lol
Yes, Hololive's vocal talent are top notch. Jpop, cutesy, diva and even rapping. That's one hell of an "Idol Group" line up we are being given. Despite all the shenanigans they do to bring Yagoo depression and maybe second thoughts about life decisions, they never fail to deliver great entertainment and amazing vocals that gives the man his suffering success. Man is a legend for finding these talented ladies.
Moona has covered KDA songs before showing several times that she really likes that style and you can see that High Tide is influenced by them but with Moonas special touches. Definitely one of Holos best performers
Moona, inarguably, is one of the strongest singing talents in Hololive. And one of the strongest stage presences as well. IMO she is a true Diva. Capital D. You mentioned the high production quality which is understandable. This was her first original MV, I think, and they tend to pull out all of the stops for those. Also, since you compared this to Arcane, the MV gives the backstory to her character's canon lore: an ancient goddess (Moona) merged with a modern human (Hoshinova) who, combined, defeated those that had dethroned her in ancient times. That last scene is their merged form contemplating joining Hololive. That could be an anime in and of itself.
From ID niki I heard, it's a moon goddess who apparently responsible for the end of Atlantis, as moona herself confirmed it was Hoshinova doing. In this high tide, She also described as a goddess who once battle againts the Ancient Ones and prevailed. The tentacles can be seen at the corner of perchaments. Moona also confirmed it and tells Ina about it. While the battle where the goddess fused with Moona, ID niki says its a battle againts Moona's nightmare. Her doubt, her fear, her confidence which crumble to achieved her dream. According to ID niki... Apparently the moon at ID, once believed as the protector of dream and darkness of the night. They say, many children were listened the moon song, sang by their mother and asked the moon for its grace towards her children to protect their sleep and dream, so someday their dreams would comes true. Her lore seems very deep and connected to both Gura and Ina's background, tied along with her local folklore.
Worth bearing in mind is that Hololive talents are hired primarily for their potentials as stage performers, but there are exceptions for their abilities as vtubers, such as Choco and Noel, who admittedly cannot hold a tune in a bucket. Speaking of Noel (pronounced as Noelle but its Japanese spelling would have messed it up), Ookami Mio helped with her singing; Noel said, as a teacher, Mio was demanding and hard to please, but as soon as Mio sang, Noel said she had every right to be so. If you have a chance, check out Mio's "Sparkle", "Howling", "Phony" and the recently released "Comet" as her solo numbers, and lots more when she sang with others.

Little correction about Amalee: Voice acting is still her main source of income, the Vtuber stuff is more her side-thing. And she still does cover songs too, hell just recently she got to be the voice of Uta in the EN dub of One Piece: Film RED, and uploaded an English cover of one of the songs from that movie.
There is currently 71 Idols in Hololive not counting the ones that have graduated/retired from hololive. They are all great singers and would love to see more reactions to the girls in the future.

Why no one's ever recommend holostars 😕
I wouldn't say they're all great singers (a few of them are very average at singing and openly acknowledge that), but they are all very talented in one way or another. Those who aren't as strong at singing make up for it with other talents.
For example, Ninomae Ina'nis ("Ina") has a singing voice that I enjoy listening to, but it's clearly not on the level as some of these other singers. However, Ina's biggest talent is drawing. She's actually a professional artist outside of Hololive, under a different pseudonym, and she's drawn some official art for FGO, among other things. When she does a drawing stream in her Hololive channel, it's amazing to watch.
Amelia Watson's singing was always about at the level of the average person (although she's practiced and has improved over time). But, her bigger talents are more on the technical and creative side of things. She's often the one setting up events behind the scenes for other members, and she's known for doing lots of experimental stuff on her own channel.
Of course, streaming is the bread and butter for most of the Hololive members, and a lot of them are just plain entertaining to watch.

Uproar and Tempus are both pretty new though, so they don't have a lot in terms of original music yet, but they do have some great covers out and they're worth keeping an eye on.

It's just a never-ending stream of great music all the time, whether it be originals, covers, you name it. Also, as some have pointed out, it might blow your mind to know that Hololive also does live performances where their Vtuber avatars are given a 3D form and they sing and dance live on stage in front of an audience. If you look up "Hololive 3rd Fes Moona" you should be able to find some clips from Moona's live performance of High Tide (it was a paid concert so you won't find the full song up there). Hololive will be doing 4th Fes in March 2023 in case you're interested to check it out for yourself. Two 3-hour concerts across two days running alongside the Hololive Super Expo convention in Japan. 3rd Fes this past April had 53 songs performed across the two days, and this year could be even more. It's a super fun experience if you get the opportunity, plus it'd be a great chance to see ALL of the Hololive members at once and get a taste of each one's singing/dancing talent. Highly recommend it!
I've waited for you to check Moona out for a while now, and I was not disappointed! She and Kiara tend to get closer to the Kpop side. Funny enough, Moona is Indonesian and Kiara is Austrian, so it's fun to hear their accents leak into the lyrics, makes the song more endearing to me. Are you familiar with a character called "Lena the Hyena"? (Look her up...the character dates back to the 1940s) She's, apparently, the ugliest, most repulsive cartoon character of all time. To me, Houshou Marine is the flip side of that character. She's outwardly sexy, but still, she's repulsive.
Anyway, that's how I look at her. She's always trying to lure you with her sexiness, but she comes on so heavily that she's terrifying. I find that sort of thing very funny, especially when she's collabing with another character.

I have to say Ayunda Risu's Alice&U and Gate Open: START! from Pavola Reine before going into the Baddest cover is the way to go. Since you reacted to now Moona and Cali already will give you more insight into how much of a banger their cover of Baddest is and how everyone they choose for the cover fits exactly the right characters from KDA
I haven't seen anyone else recommend this one, but definitely check out Tokoyami Towa sometime. She is well known for her raw powerful vocals filled with emotion. I'd say her original song *Palette* and her cover song of *ERROR* are the songs she's best known for.

There's a REASON why this song reminds you of K/DA so much. Moona is a huge fan of them and has 2 covers of their songs on her channel - "Villain" and "The baddest" and they're both SICK as HELL! If you ever want to check them out.
You should also check out Moona's first original song "Ai no Chiisana Uta" (A little love song), which is her love letter to her fans.
Moona's vocal range is amazing.
As a side note, Moona has also performed this song live during a 3D AR concert that Hololive held back in March, and she totally OWNED that stage like a true diva. He singing, and dancing choreo for the song were AMAZING!
Moona has it all, an incredible voice, a perfect body(she herself said her 3 sizes during a mineraft stream), a good sense of humor and is a minecraft genious.
She's from the Indoneisa branch of Hololive, and both Moona and her gen mate, Risu, are, IMO, among the best singers of Hololive. Also, if you ever see a clip of any of them, they both have very different voices whenever they're talking and whenever they're singing, and that makes their songs have that much more of an impact.
I was pretty much blown away just like you after I heard this song the first time. I knew Moona from before and had followed her on/off, but I was not prepared to hear her singing. She has some mad talent as a singer, that's for sure.

She is known as MOONA when she is being cute and adorable. But Hoshinova, is her singing side where she turns into a completely different person. An actual DIVA that perfectly embodies the name HOSHINOVA.

Moona really is amazing. This song was an instant buy for me when I found it was for sale. I love the MV too, you can pause almost anywhere and end up with an awesome screen capture.Definately check out those KD/A covers, they're incredible! She also has a softer side to her singing which is just as good, she is a big goofball sometimes too, especially when she is with her genmates.

Moona is amazing! Hololive Indonesian is packed with great singers can't go wrong with any of them! I also agree that either Towa or Risu would be good next tumbles down the hole. Also want to add Nekomata Okayu to the list if you haven't already. She recently released a full album and her song あっかんべ with Deco*27 is fire!
Moona is amazing and her genmates Risu and Iofi is just as amazing. Risu will blow your mind as well because of her range of her voice.

Another one that I really like and never see any reactions of is Takane Lui covering Rabu Ka or Overd. She has more of a jazzy swing style and it’s a good change from the more poppy songs.

first thing i wanted to mention is that MOONA is Indonesian (hololive ID)and besides singing like professional singer...she used to be model as well (idk if she still does model work).... HOUSHOU MARINE "im your treasure box" i love how out of the box (no pun intended) that song is and "unison" as well....SUISEI and hololive fantasy "saga jihen" (anime "zombieland saga" opening) cover that is so high quality that it outshines original xD AMANE KANATA "narrow way" she sings in male tone and female (pretty amazing voice control)...AKI ROSENTHAL "shallys" she sings in her own made up language (elf language) while dancing with 3d avatar (because she is a professional dancer)....to name a few

Risu's 'Alice&U' is an amazing Ballad type song that hits deep
Reine's 'Ano Aozora no Sei da' and 'Love Me Love Me' are effectively a 2 part song that have two VERY different feels to them
As for Marine, she does have some risque songs but 'Ahoy!!' and 'Set Sail!' are fairly tame as for 'Unison' it is very trance feeling but does show some. . . plot. and 'I'm Your Treasure Box' is VERY risque, as in the whole community was she was allowed to go that far. But in all seriousness, Marine is probably one of the most noteable in terms of MV Quality, she has spent a worrying amount of money on them, especially 'Set Sail'

Great to see you checking out another Hololive member. Moona is really into the whole Kpop feel for sure. They've got a lot of talent in the organization so there's plenty to see. Once again, gotta recommend Tsunomaki Watame's "My song" she's in the Hololive JP branch and it's amazing, fully animated and was even used as a TV opening for a while.
Also since you asked music creators in Hololive it would really be easier to tell you who isn't since a big part of Hololive is music and performing, but here are some "music creation tiers" for members:
Watame, Sora, AZKi, Calli, Suisei and Okayu are all people that have released albums in Hololive. They have also all had real-life venue solo concerts.
IRyS, Towa, Marine, Aqua, Polka, Mel, Nene are all people that have done EPs or at least a number of different songs. IRyS is really good, Marine too for particular types of productions even if she isn't as strong with singing "technicals" she really puts on a show that's near the top of Hololive with some of the most popular songs.
After that, well... most Hololive members have done at least 1 original song. People like Gura, Moona and Risu only have 1-2, but are obviously heavily requested by EN speaking audiences.

I highly recommend Tokoyami Towa’s song “My Roar” It is very rock/metal and definitely deserves a listen to by everyone into rock/metal
Moona's lore is kind of confusing, but what you see here are 2 people, the short haired girl is an ordinary college student named Moona, and the regal one with long hair is the Moon Goddess Hoshinova. Hoshinova was worshipped in ancient times by a cult of followers (you can see the paintings and tapestries depicting her as a goddess). However at some point, for some reason her followers turned on her, and sealed her. This part is a little fuzzy on details, but a ghost or amalgamation of the followers seems to be returning, and is represented by the giant red monster. In the beginning Hoshinova simply possesses Moona's body in an attempt to fight it, but after this fails, she is able to get Moona to accept her, and they bond as one being (Where they almost kiss in the video). This creates the person we now know, Moona Hoshinova, part college student, part moon goddess. And the final shot of the video is her applying to join Hololive (you can see the sign in the background).
This song functions as an origin story for her, which is super awesome and creative. I love when Vtubers take advantage of their lore like this.

So funny, that you mention this reminds you of KDA, because Moona and a few other Hololive members made a pretty fantastic cover of the LoL KDA song "The Baddest"
i'm not going to list all of them but i can tell you hololive has over 70 talents overall, while most of them also release great music. the family is very big and diverse and there's something for everyone. for now i just suggest you follow what everyone recommends you lol. If i had to recommend someone i would recommend "Everblue" (in video title spelled in japanese エヴァーブルー) by Omaru Polka, who's my favourite amongst all of the great talent and Everblue really encapsulates her great vocal ability. Other one of hers, though a cover song is "Empress".
Epic is really the first world that comes to mind when listening to High Tide. She is a crazy good singer and all her songs are a must hear for sure, including her Villain cover. She is probably one of the closest in style or feel to western music among the Hololive talent even though she is not an EN talent.

this song slaps so hard they had their 3d reveals for the 3rd HoloFes earlier this year and despite all the EN girls performing Moona came out swinging blowing everyones minds away with this performance Risu (Ree Soo) is her gen mate and is also another powerhouse vocalist from the ID branch. Marine def has some bangers worth checking out and yes they are a bit more cultured but its still very much YT safe lol another artist you should check out is IRyS, shes ENs VSinger

I've just recently started joining you down this rabbit hole so not sure if this has been mentioned but part of the reason you're noticing so much talent in HoloLive Vtubers is because they're rooted in Japanese idol culture, which in itself is an interesting deep dive if you want to get into it. But long story short, in HoloLive, they're managed like idol singers, so they really focused on getting multi-talented people to be their Vtubers.

Yes, Hololive's vocal talent are top notch. Jpop, cutesy, diva and even rapping. That's one hell of an "Idol Group" line up we are being given.
Despite all the shenanigans they do to bring Yagoo depression and maybe second thoughts about life decisions, they never fail to deliver great entertainment and amazing vocals that gives the man his suffering success.

Moona, inarguably, is one of the strongest singing talents in Hololive. And one of the strongest stage presences as well. IMO she is a true Diva. Capital D.
You mentioned the high production quality which is understandable. This was her first original MV, I think, and they tend to pull out all of the stops for those. Also, since you compared this to Arcane, the MV gives the backstory to her character's canon lore: an ancient goddess (Moona) merged with a modern human (Hoshinova) who, combined, defeated those that had dethroned her in ancient times. That last scene is their merged form contemplating joining Hololive. That could be an anime in and of itself.
From ID niki I heard, it's a moon goddess who apparently responsible for the end of Atlantis, as moona herself confirmed it was Hoshinova doing.
In this high tide, She also described as a goddess who once battle againts the Ancient Ones and prevailed. The tentacles can be seen at the corner of perchaments. Moona also confirmed it and tells Ina about it.
While the battle where the goddess fused with Moona, ID niki says its a battle againts Moona's nightmare.
Her doubt, her fear, her confidence which crumble to achieved her dream.

Worth bearing in mind is that Hololive talents are hired primarily for their potentials as stage performers, but there are exceptions for their abilities as vtubers, such as Choco and Noel, who admittedly cannot hold a tune in a bucket. Speaking of Noel (pronounced as Noelle but its Japanese spelling would have messed it up), Ookami Mio helped with her singing; Noel said, as a teacher, Mio was demanding and hard to please, but as soon as Mio sang, Noel said she had every right to be so. If you have a chance, check out Mio's "Sparkle", "Howling", "Phony" and the recently released "Comet" as her solo numbers, and lots more when she sang with others.
