I will try make two rolls of Cheong fun tomorrow. Your sauce is lovely - I just tasted it today along my very first trial dumplings made from rice paper. Better to make different dishes than just breakfast noodle soup for nearly 3 years during of lockdown! Thank you for your sharing. 👍 🥟 😋
Yup! I would say that texture wise it's like 90% similar. This hack works well if you want something quick and easy but obviously making it the traditional way tastes a lot better.

Very easy and great idea. I will try ur way.
That’ll taste so much better with shrimp or pork fillings!
You said "soak the rice paper for 30 mins", how many rice paper did you put in and is 30 mins correct?
I had no idea gonna try it.
It looks delicious!! 🤤 I sure will make it! btw I think I aged like 5 year while I watched the video… 🤦🏻♀️😅
That looks Good:).. Thanks so much for sharing!
Looks good but needs more detail. My paper just shriveled up.
Is the texture similar to chueng fun?

Ok I'll try this, but it needs prawns or char siu filling to make it worthwhile.
Thanks for sharing!
Soak for 30 minutes?
Looks good, but cringe-worthy sound on this vid! The sugar bowl scraping made me shudder!
