    WOW! I make Thai wraps a llthe time so have these in my pantry, but earlier this week made a trip to Chinatown to get ingredients for cheung fun. Made a batch. I'm studying different recipes to fine-tune texture and came across this. Almost wrote it off. I have to try this!

    Definitely going to try this since it's been hard to find glutinous rice flour in my neighborhood!

      Cheung Fan mostly made from the mixture of rice and sweet rice flour, that Vietnamese spring roll wrappers are made from rice and tapioca starch. I think rolling a real Vietnamese spring roll (Goi Cuon) which is very simple is actually taste really good too.

    Great video. Put uncooked rice in the bottom of the sugar bowl to keep from forming a hard sugar clump.

    Very clever use of rice paper. Easy to add shrimp or roast pork. It is better to keep silent than to reveal oneself a fool.

    Mine fall apart if i soak them 30 mins i did 10 but they dont come out as good

    Cheung Fun has a different texture from rice paper.

      Cheung fun can be plain, with prawns or char sui pork
