I've been doing this almost everyday for 2 weeks amoung other qicong exercises I've found on RUclips. Combined, it has really helped with increasing my lung capacity and health. I had months of eczema, and since doing these exercises (plus acupuncture and herbs) it has really helped clear up my skin rashes and make me feel more energize and healthy. Anyways, I really like this video. Thanks!

I was looking for a simple, very basic, simple qigong move to let go of tension in my body. Making the sound may also help me with my throat chakra as well. Thank you for this!

As a massage therapist I feel confident sharing these links with people who are healing from spinal injuries. There is a great need for this ancient knowledge in America! People look for classes and there are none. This is precious work! Thank you very much

Thank you! My knees felt a bit of strain during this but release I'm probably a bit tenser than I should be. Really glad I discovered Qigong. I definitely don't release enough of the tension and negative energy that accumulates in me.
