The jury likely won’t buy that this was an accident but 5’5 makes a monumental difference when discussing balcony height than 5’8. He broke in her home and DA says he just wanted to talk. Breaking into someone’s home isn’t acceptable regardless to talk or not and additionally there was fear she shared and did all the right things. Maybe she was asked that to see if she had seen him with his clothes off to see any other marks on his body from the attack on Aimee
I think they are just trying to show that he had supposedly moved on or was dating someone, but was still so obsessed with Amie that he killed her out of anger, jealously or whatever.

You can't fix stupid
This is a strong and confident woman. So glad she wasn’t his victim because he was not a stable person. So scary she was alone with him and was caring about him. I hope she finds a good person to love and trust because this has to shake her ability to trust people.
It also screws up your own judgement and you start to think that you can't trust your own intuition about people.
Don't think she was confident, low self esteem probably if she jumped in the sack so quickly
@@CP2468 I don’t see it as low self esteem if a woman does this. This is a subjective measure that puts limits on women and their sexuality and how they express themselves. The fact that the attny said “this may be embarrassing…” is rude but true. People judging women who enjoy their own sexuality is a problem. Now is it safe to be intimate with someone you’ve know for 3 days? Clearly not but a different argument all together. Fear should put limits on things you do w strangers but in this case he allegedly killed the girl he knew better. So around it goes.

Great Witness - - Clear - Focused - Cooperative and Very Important Testimony. It was likely very difficult to be there at a former dates Murder Trial. She is uncomfortable but does an amazing job as a witness. Love Light and Power to Her.
For this “man” to even mention this horrific break up is sick since it was 10 YEARS prior he’s a control freak and an abuser. Amy did everything right and he still got to her. No piece of paper (PPO) would have stopped him. He couldn’t have her noone could. He’s alittle biatch to sneak a 115 lb woman in the middle of the night. I’ve been seeing people discuss her height today that differs when discussing the balcony height. I wasn’t able to see if they discussed her actual height in trial as I have missed some of it but it’s been said she was 5’7 or 5’8. I looked it up online on several sites that say she’s 5’5. She tired her best to manage this scary situation and with all the surrounding facts of the case, and the syringe found with a lethal amount of nicotine (something many people don’t even know about) I find him absolutely guilty. Exactly, a form of detaching from his own actions. That is very common for murderers. Even if they commit horrible crimes, they still need some sort of protection from the monsters they are.
