Dan's family has justice - three people involved in his murder have been convicted. This is a witch hunt against Charlie and the prosecution presented no evidence tying him to the crime. The only thing they have is the word of a woman who has lied multiple times under oath.

When you really think about it, if the story is true, they had a lifelong cash cow, if they pushed to hard at first, he may just go to police, they had him fearful of being set up for Dans murder . Charlie wasn’t as “street wise” as he thought. Katherine was, as was her ex who hated Charlie, the only piece for me that I can’t figure out is , was it just coincidence that the murder took place on that day, or were murders given Dans schedule? They had after all stalked him once already & because kids were there they didn’t kill him.
