@@BigBallinCarHaulin I love Faron's, too. I know his is the most well known, but Jerry wrote it, and it's touching to hear him sing it and play it with just him and his guitar.

This song hits so hard for me personally. I like Faron Young’s voice for it, but Chestnut gives it an even sadder tone to it which I feel is fitting; especially for what and how I feel when I hear it.
Lovely story behind this song, one of my favourites - and he sings it very nicely, too. Thanks for post.
